제3B도는 본 발명전극에 있어서 하부부분을 일부 파단한 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 중앙보어, 일단부에 있는 헤더조립체, 타단부에 있는 중공니플, 그리고 상기 헤더에 인장을 받게 부착된 냉각제 공급파이프를 포함하는 흑연동체부품을 갖고, 상기 니플이 상기 흑연동체를 그 위에 압출력을 가하여 압축응력을 가하는 수냉식 복합관형 전기 아아크로 전극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각제 귀환수단이 흑연동체부품의 중앙보어에서 방사상 외측으로 일정거리를 둔 종방향통로를 포함하는 전극.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각제 공급수단은, 상기 파이프와 상기 보어사이에 냉각제 귀환용 환상공간을 형성하도록 전극의 보어내경보다 실질적으로 더 작은 외경을 갖는 파이프를 포함하는 전극.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 안의 냉각제경로는 냉각제 공급파이프를 통해 니플의 내부로 들어가 냉각제 귀환용 환상공간을 통해 헤더조립체로 귀환하여 전극에서 빠져나가는 것인 전극.
  5. 제1항내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전극에 압축응력을 주는 수단의 헤더조립체위의 스프링 및 너트조립체를 포함하는 전극.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전극에 압축응력을 주는 수단이 평편한 스프링워셔들 조립체를 포함하는 전극.
  7. 제1항내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 헤더 및 니플위의 플랜지들을 통해 압축력이 흑연동체부품에 가해지는 전극.
  8. 제1항내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 흑연동체부품의 각 단부에 있는 소켓의 나삿니를 통해 압축력이 흑연동체에 가해지는 전극.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 최소 전극벽 두께가 전극 직경과 최대 소켓기부직경사이의 차이이고, 전극의 하부단부에 위치한 니플은 구리, 연성철, 주철, 철함유 합금, 티탄 및 아인바로 구성된 족으로부터 선택돈 금속으로 구성되고, 파이프가 상기 니플의 내부로 신장하고, 상기 니플은 냉각제 귀환용 환상공간과 연결된 냉각제 통로수단을 갖는 전극.
  10. 제1항내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 흑연 동체부품이 0°-50℃ 범위에서 15×10-7cm/℃ 미만의 횡방향 CTE를 갖는 튜브를 포함하는 전극.
  11. 제1항내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 흑연동체부품이 표면피복으로 밀봉되어 있는 전극.
