Claims (13)
- (a) 미세하게 분할된 세라믹 고체입자를, (b) 0-100중량%의 C1-8알킬 메타크릴레이트, 100-0중량%의 C1-8알킬 아크릴레이트 및 0-5중량%의 에틸렌불포화카복실산 또는 아민으로 된 융화성 다중합체 혼합물을, (c) 비수유기용매에 용해시킨 용액에 분산시켜 얻은 분산액으로 구성된 세라믹조성물에 있어서, 다중합체가 수평균 분자량(Mn)이 50,000-100,000이며 중량평균 분자량(Mw)이 150,000-350,000이며, Mn에 대한 Mw의 비가 5.5 보다 크지 않으며 다중합체 혼합물중 불포화 카복실산 또는 아민의 총량이 0.2-2.0중량%이며, 중합체와 가소제가 그 안에 있는 경우 그의 유리전이온도가 -30~+45℃인 점을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 메타크릴레이트가 에틸 메타크릴레이트이며, 알킬아크릴레이트가 메틸 아크릴레이트인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 불포화카복실산이 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 모노 카복실산인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 카복실산이 메타크릴산인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸레성 불포화카복실산이 이타콘산, 후말산, 말레인산, 무수말산 및 그 반에스테르와 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 융화성다중합체가 40-80중량%의 알킬 메타크릴레이트와 60-20중량%의 알킬아크릴레이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬아크릴레이트에 대한 알킬메타크릴레이트의 중량비가 1.5-2.5:1인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mn이 60,000-80,000이며, Mw가 200,000-300,000인 조성물.
- 세라믹고체가 유전고체이거나 그 전구체인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유전고체가 티탄산염, 지르콘산염, 주석산염 및 그 전구체와 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유전고체가 BaTiO3, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, PbTiO3, NbTiO3, 희토류티탄산염 및 그 전구체와 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 티탄산염인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유전고체가 Ba 또는 Ca의 주석산염 및 그 전구체와 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유전고체가 Ba 또는 Ca의 지르콘산염 및 그 전구체와 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
