Claims (5)
- 중립기어위치를 포함하는 현재의 기어위치로부터 중립기어위치를 포함하는 다른 기어위치까지 변속작동기가 조작된 후 경과하는 시간 간격을 타이머로 측정하는 단계, 상기 측정된 시간 간격과 설정 시간간격을 비교하는 단계 및 변속 작동기의 조작을 정지하며 변속 작동기의 상기 조작이 설정 시간 간격내에서 완료되지 않으면 상기 다른 기어위치로부터 다른 기어위치로 변속 작동기를 조작하는 단계로 구성되는 전자제어 시스템에 의해 제어된 변속 작동기에 의해 작동될 수 있는 변속기를 갖는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른 기어 위치가 변속 작동기의 상기 조작에 앞선 기어위치인 방법.
- 중립기어위치를 포함하는 현재의 기어위치로부터 중립기어위치를 포함하는 다른 기어위치까지 변속 작동기가 조작된 후 경과하는 시간 간격을 타이머로 측정하는 단계, 상기 측정된 시간 간격과 제1설정 간격을 비교하며 상기 측정된 시간 간격이 상기 제1설정 시간간격보다 길면 변속 작동기의 조작에 앞선 기어위치로 복귀시키기 위해 변속 작동기를 제어하는 단계 및 상기 측정된 시간 간격과 상기 제1설정 시간 간격보다 긴 제2설정 시간 간격을 비교하며 상기 측정된 시간 간격이 상기 제2설정 시간 간격보다 길면 변속 작동기를 조작하는 단계로 구성되는 전자제어 시스템에 의해 제어된 변속 작동기에 의해 작동될 수 있는 변속기를 갖는 차량의 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2설정 시간 간격이 차량의 구동 조건에 따라 변화되는 방법.
- 중립기어위치를 포함하는 현재의 기어위치로부터 중립기어위치를 포함하는 다른 기어위치까지 변속 작동기가 조작된 후 경과하는 시간 간격을 타이머로 측정하는 단계, 상기 측정된 시간 간격과 제1설정 간격을 비교하며 상기 측정된 시간 간격이 상기 제1설정 시간 간격보다 길면 변속 작동기의 조작에 앞선 기어위치로 복귀시키기 위해 변속 작동기를 제어하는 단계 및 상기 측정된 시간간격과 상기 제1설정 시간 간격보다 긴 제2설정 시간 간격을 비교하며 클러치를 연결한 후 상기 측정된 시간 간격이 상기 제2설정 시간 간격보다 길며 변속 작동기의 조작에 앞선 기어위치가 중립위치이면 그 최초 조작으로 복귀시키기 위해 변속 작동기를 조작하는 단계로 구성되는 전자 제어 시스템에 의해 제어된 변속 작동기에 의해 작동될 수 있는 변속기를 갖는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
