21,21' : 합성수지필름 2 : 철공
본 고안은 접착층으로 상호 적층시킨 후지 양표면에 합성수지 필름과 보강테를 하단부에 절곡되게 부착시켜서 장기간 사용할 수 있는 합성수지제 표지에 관한 것이다.
통상표지는 외부와 접촉이 많은 하단부와 절첩부분이 쉬이 마모 또는 훼손되므로 본 고안에서는 적층된 후지 양표면에 함성수지필름으로 하단이 둘러싸이게 굴곡시켜 접착시키고 그 하단부에 다시 보강테를 접착시켜 하단부를 보강시키고 절첩부분도 상부의 철공후지띠와 절첩간격을 두고 합성수지 필름으로 접착시켜 양측의 합성수지필름으로 절첩이 용이하고 오랫동안 견디도록 한 것으로서 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
양면에 일정한 간격으로 접착층띠(1)를 도포시킨 후지판(10), (10')을 상호 일치되게 접합시키고 그 양외면에는 합성수지필름(11)으로 상단은 일치되고 하단은 굴곡시켜 둘러싸게 접착시킨 후 하단부를 다시 보강테(12)로서 절곡되게 부착시켜 보강시킨 후 상부에 공지의 철공(2)이 천공된 후지판(20), (20')을 일정한 절첩간격을 두고 합성수지필름(21), (21')으로 부착시켜서된 것으로 미설명부호(3)는 철공리벳트이다.
이와 같은 구조로 된 본 고안은 표지내부를 양면이 접착층띠(1)로 도포된 후지판(10), (10')을 필요두께에 따라 조절하여 접합시키고 그 외면에 합성수지필름(11)으로 후지 하단부가 완전히 둘러싸이도록 절곡하여 부착시키고 이에 다시 보강테(12)로서 절곡시켜 하단부를 부착시켰으므로 표지에서 가장 마모가 심한 하단부를 함성수지필름과 보강테로서 2중으로 보강시켰으므로 완전히 보강되어 장기간 사용이 가능하며 표지의 절곡부분도 철공(2)이 천공된 후지판(20), (20')을 일정한 절첩간격을 두고 별도의 합성수지필름(21), (21')으로 부착시켰으므로 절처비이 용이하고 절첩부분이 훼손되는 일이 없는 것이다.

  1. 양면에 일정한 간격으로 접착층띠(1)를 도포시킨 후지판(10), (10')을 상호 일치되게 접합시키고 그 양 외면에는 합성수지필름(11)으로 상단은 일치되고 하단은 굴곡시켜 둘러싸게 접착시킨 후 하단부를 다시 보강테(12)로서 절곡되게 부착시켜 보강시킨 후 상부에 공지의 철공(2)이 천공된 후지판(20), (20')을 일정한 절첩간격을 두고 합성수지필름(21), (21')으로 부착시켜서 된 합성수지제 표지.
