Claims (9)
- 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 방법에 있어서, 슬러리의 제1부분은 오우버플로우를 통해 탱크의 상부에서 배출되며, 적은 두께의 흐름이 슬러리와 함께 형성되며, 상기 슬러리의 흐름은 아무런 장애물이 없이 펌프에 연결된 콘테이너로 흐르는 것과, 슬러리의 제2부분은 탱크의 저부에서 배출되며 상기 슬러리의 제2부분은 슬러리의 제1부분에서 형성된 흐름이나 콘테이너 내에 포함된 슬러리와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출되는 슬러리의 전체흐름중 약30%-50%의 흐름이 탱크의 저부에서 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 방법.
- 탱크의 상부에 오우버플로우 배출구를 형성하는 오우버플로우와, 펌프와 연통하고 오우버플로우 배출구에서 나온 슬러리가 흐르는 콘테이너를 포함하는 형태의 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치에 있어서, 오우버플로우 배출구와 콘테이너 사이에 설치되고, 평활 또는 침묵수단을 형성하며 오우버플로우 배출구를 콘테이너에 연결하며 위로 슬러리가 흐르는 최소한 하나의 연결면을 포함하는 리셉터클과, 탱크의 저부에서 나와 리셉터클이나 콘테이너의 속으로 개방되는 도관으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출가 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결면은 오목곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결면은 경사평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제3항, 4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 도관은 상기 연결면에서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도관으 사각단면을 갖는 나팔형 연결자에 의해 상기 연결면에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제3항, 4항, 5항, 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 연결면은 슬러리의 흐름방향으로 감소하는 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.
- 제3항, 4항, 5항, 6항, 7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 콘테이너는 원통형이며, 리셉티클의 연결면은 꼭지점이 콘테이너의 상단부에 달려있고, 그 반대측은 우오버플로우 배출구에 달려있는 삼각형으로 형성되었으며, 연결면의 가장자리는 의견상 삼각형 모양인 두벽이로 되어 있으며, 그 기부는 콘테이너 상단의 원주부와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 어텍탱크에서 나온 슬러리의 배출과 탈가스를 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
