본 고안은 치아와 치간의 골(이하 치아의 골, 또는 골이라 약칭한다)에 따라 양치할 수 있게끔 안출된 치솔에 관한 것이다.
양치질은 치아의 골에 따라 상, 하 방향으로 수행해야 함은 오래전부터 치과 분야에서는 널리 권장하고 있는 내용인데 치솔의 모발을 치아의 골에 따라 움직이지 아니하면(골과 직각방향으로 움직이지 아니하면)치아의 사기질막이 손상되는 마못증이 발생되며, 치근을 노출시키게 됨에 따라 치아의 건강을 크게 해치게 된다.
그러나 우리가 널리 사용하고 있는 치솔은 손잡이 끝의 평면상 식모지면에 모발속을 4여로 가지런히 식모한 것이므로, 골에 따라 치솔을 사용하기 불편하고 오히려 골에 직교되는 방향으로 치솔을 사용하기에는 용이한 일면이 있으므로 많은 사람들이 치아의 교모증을 갖고 있는 실정이다.
본 고안은 위와같은 치과 질환의 발생을 예방하기 위한 치솔을 제공하고자 하는 것이고, 본 고안은 치과 의학적인 오랜 경험을 토대로 치솔을 치아의 골에 따라서만 사용할 수 있게된 치솔을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 따라서 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
손잡이(1) 목(8)에서 굽어진 식모지면(2)에 산형첨단부(7)를 갖는 모발속(3)을 4열로 식모한 치솔에 있어서, 식모지면(2)이 원주상의 곡면(4)이 되고 4열로 식모된 모발속(3)이 60°-90°내각(Q)의 방사상(5)이 되고, 손잡이 목(8)에 환상의 회동 파악부(9)가 형성된 구조이다.
미설명부호 10은 치아를 보인 것이다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
손잡이(1)를 잡고 식모된 모발속(3)을 치아(10)의 골에 따라 접찰시키므로서 치아(10)를 청정케 하며, 모발속(3)의 산형 첨단부(7)가 치아의 골 깊숙히까지 접찰되어 치아를 구석구석 청결히 할수 있음은 공지한 바와 같다. 그러나 본 고안의 치솔은 식모지면(2)이 원주상의 곡면(4)으로 형성되어 있고 여기에 4열로 식모된 모발속(3)이 60°-90°내각(Q)의 방사상(5)이므로 손잡이(2) 목(8)의 환상의 회동 파악부(9)를 손으로 잡고 구강내의 모발속(3)의 산형 첨단부(7)를 치아의 골에 따라 접찰시켜서 양치를 하게 되는데 방사상의 모발속(3)들은 회동파악부(9)를 손으로 잡고 왕복 반회전 운동을 시킴에 따라 방사상(5) 모발속(3)의 산형첨단부(7)가 치아의 주면이나 골에 원호상으로 접찰되어 치아를 청정케하고 치석의 침착이 예방되며 모발속(3)은 원주상의 곡면(4)에 60°-90°내각(Q)의 방사상(5)으로 식모되어 있으므로 위와같은 왕복 반회전동작의 양치는 안전하고 용이한 것이나 치아의 골에 직각 방향으로 치솔을 좌, 우 왕복 운동시키면 방사상(5)의 모발속(3)은 구강내의 점막을 자극하므로 이러한 양치질은 자연히 감소되어 결국 치아의 교모증을 예방할수도 있을 것이다.
위와같이 이 고안은 치아의 골깊이까지 청결히 할 수 있음은 물론 치아의 교모증을 예방할수도 있는 치솔을 제공하게 된 것이다.

- 손잡이(1) 목(8)에서 굽어진 식모지면(2)에 산형첨단부(7)를 갖는 모발속(3)을 4열로 식모한 치솔에 있어서, 식모지면(2)을 원주상의 곡면으로 형성하고, 4열로 식모된 모발속(3)이 60°-90°내각(Q)의 방사상(5)이 되고 손잡이목(8)에 환상의 회동 파악부(9)를 형성한 치솔.
