Claims (9)

  1. 자기장 감지소자에 의하여 검출된 자기장의 측정도인 출력을 공급하는 출력을 지니는 자기장 감지소자와 그 소자의 감도를 자기장에 지정하는 지정회로를 구비하는 자기장 감지기에 있어서, 자기장 감지 소자의 환경을 변화시키는 변조기와, 자기장이 없어도 신호가 출력에 존재한다는 사실때문에 형성된 오차성분의 영향이 감소된 출력신호를 만들어내기 위하여 환경의 변화의 함수로서 소자의 출력에서의 신호에서의 변화를 검출하는 검출회로를 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자기장 감지소자의 두개의 서로 다른 환경에서의 그 소자의 출력에서의 신호 사이의 차이에 비례하는 출력신호를 공급하기 위하여 검출회로 가장치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자기장 감지소자의 두개의 서로 다른 환경에서의 그 소자의 출력에서의 신호 사이의 차이의 극성을 지시하는 출력신호를 공급하기 위하여 검출회로가 장치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 자기장 감지소자의 출력신호의 값이 그 소자의 두개의 서로 다른 환경에서 샘플링 회로에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 자기장 감지소자의 환경의 변화로 인한 그소자의 출력신호의 변화가 필터회로에 의하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 진폭 검파기가 출력신호의 상기 변화의 진폭을 결정하기 위하여 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 진폭 검파기가 동기 검파기인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
  8. 제1항에서 7항까지의 어느 한항이상에 있어서, 자기장 감지소자가 트렌지스터인 것을 포함하여 변조기가 그 트랜지스터의 콜렉터베이스 전압을 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 간지기.
  9. 제1항에서 8항까지의 어느 한항 이상에 있어서, 자기장 감비소자가 자기장 감지 트랜지스터인 것을 포함하여, 변조기가 그 트랜지스터의 콜렉터 기판전압을 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장 감지기.
