Claims (22)

  1. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시킴을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지의 압출 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크루의 L/D비가 7 내지 40이며, 평지역의 길이가 1 내지 15D인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 평지역의 길이가 2 내지 10D인 방법.
  4. 제3에 있어서, 평지역의 길이가 2 내지 7D인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지에 충진제를 결합시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 충진제에 섬유상 충진제가 함유되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 섬유상 충진제가 함유된 충진제를 열경화성 수지의 20 내지 80중량%의 양으로 결합시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 페놀계 수지인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 멜라민 수지인 방법.

  12. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시키고, 수지 및/또는 섬유상 충진제를 무질서하게 배향시킴을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지의 압출 성형방법.
  13. 공급지역, 압축지역, 계량지역 및 평지역이 있는 스크루;공급지역, 압축지역 및 계량지역에 상응하는 부분에 열 조절기가 있는 실린더부; 및 직경이 계량지역 최종 스크루의 직경과 동일하거나 다른 평지역에 상응하는 부분에 열공급력이 있는 실린더부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스크루형 압출 성형기(수지의 열경화반응은 평지역과 이에 상응하는 실린더 부분에 의해 형성된 공간에서 촉진되며, 수지는 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 성형된다.)
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 스크루의 L/D비가 7 내지 40이며, 평지역의 길이가 1 내지 15D인 압출성형기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 평지역의 길이가 2 내지 10D인 압출성형기.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 평지역과 길이가 2 내지 7D인 압출성형기.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 스크루의 계량지역 및 평지역 표면의 모두 또는 일부 그리고 이에 상응하는 실린더부위 내부 표면의 모두 또는 일부의 경사도가 스크루의 축방향에 관해 1/1000 내지 30/1000인 압출성형기.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 경사도가 1/1000 내지 10/1000인 압출성형기.
  19. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시키고 수지 및/또는 섬유상 충진제를 불규칙하게 배향시킴을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지 파이트.
  20. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시키고 수지 및/또는 섬유상 충진제를 불규칙하게 배향시켜 파이프축 방향에서의 압축강력에 대한 파이프축에 수직방향에서의 압축강력의 비가 0.4 내지 1.5인 파이프를 성형시킴을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지파이프.
  21. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시키고 수지 및/또는 섬유상 충진제를 불규칙하게 배향시켜 생성된 유체를 이송하기 위한 열경화성 수지 파이프.
  22. 열경화성 수지가 실린더에서 압출된 후 그의 본래의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 정도로 이를 스크루의 전단부에 있는 평지역에서 성형시키고 수지 및/또는 섬유상 충진제를 불규칙하게 배향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 열경화성 수지 파이프.
