Claims (11)

  1. 검사 및 표시 회로를 포함하는 몸통부 및 검사될 회로를 종단시키는 대응 접속부와 결합될 수 있는 강성 접속부를 포함하는 검사기에 있어서, 가요성 넥크부(18)이 강성 접속부(12)를 몸통부(10)에 결합시키고, 몸통부 내에서 강성 접속부(12)와 검사 및 표시 회로를 상호 접속시키도록 이 몸통부에 장착된 도선(10)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 접속 헤드를 갖춘 검사기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가요성 넥크부(18)이 탄성중합체의 블럭으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성중합체(18)이 상기 도선(24)들이 케이블 형태로 연장되게 하는 통로(16)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 강성 접속부가 케이블(14)의 함몸부(22)를 둘러싸므로써 몸체를 케이블 고정시키는 주형 플라스틱 몸체(20)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 일련의 접촉자 부재들이 접속부(12)내에 가요성 있게 장착되고 전기 도선(24)들 중의 특정한 도선에 크림프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 강성 접속부(12)가 접촉자 부재들을 내부에 정착하고 있는 대응 접속부내로 미끄러지도록 형성된 주형 돌출편(30)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체 블럭(18)이 횡단면이 변함으로써 강도 및 가요성을 최적화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 몸통부(10)이 가요성 넥크부(18)의 후방 단부(40)을 고정시키도록 이 부분들 사이에 함께 고정되는 2개의 부분(34,35)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 몸통부(10)이 구형 횡단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항들 중의 한항에 있어서, 몸통부(10)이 전기 회로기판(56)을 포함하는 하부 채널형 단면(60) 및 표시부(54)를 갖고 있는 상부 덮개판(36)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 덮개판(36)이 검사 및 표시회로에 관련된 램프 표시기(52)를 노출시키도록 구멍(48)이 뚫어진 것을 특징으로 하는 검사기.
