Description
Claims (19)
- 신경자극으로 타액분비를 유도하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 사용자의 구강내에 삽입될 수 있는 갑체로 구성된 하우징, 갑체내에 장설된 전기 신호발생 수단과 하우징과 결합되고 전기신호 발생수단과 전기적으로 결합된 전극수단으로 구성되고 전극 수단이 타액분비를 유도하는 감각점에 전기신호 발생수단에서 발생된 신호를 가하도록 하우징이 배치되었을때에 구강의 신경 민감영역과 접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 타액분비 자극장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 갑체내에 장설되는 전원을 포함하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 하우징이 사자의 경구개에 접속될 수 있게된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 신호발생기를 작동시키기 위하여 하우징과 신호발생수단과 결합된 스위치수단이 구성되고, 이 스위치 수단이 사용자의 혀로서 작동될 수 있게된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 약 3-5볼트의 진폭, 약 500마이크로초의 펄스폭과 약 3.Hz의 주파수를 갖는 일련의 펄스를 발생할 수 있도록 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생수단이 1/2초의 간격을 두고 신호발생이 단속될 수 있도록 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 멀리 바이브레이터와 전압증폭기수단으로 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 스위치수단이 하우징과 신호발생 수단을 작동시킬 수 있도록 신호 발생수단과 결합되고, 이 스위치수단이 사용자의 혀로서 작동되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 약 3-5볼트의진폭, 약 500마이크로초의 펄스폭과, 약 30Hz의 주파수를 갖는 펄스를 발생할 수 있도록 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 1/2초의 간격을 두고 신호발생이 단속될 수 있도록 구성된 바의 방치.
- 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 신호발생수단이 멀리바이브레이터와 전압증폭기 수단으로 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 하우징을 고정하기 위한 기구가 구성되어 있으며 이 기구는 사용자의 경구개의 외형에 부합토록 구성되어 있고 하우징이 이 기구에 고정되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 기구가 사용자 의치아에 하우징을 분리가능하게 고정하기 위한 클립수단을 갖는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 하우징이 의치에 고정되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 하우징이 두부분으로 구성되고, 그 한부분에 전원이 장설된 바의 장치.
- 타액분비를 자극하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 전기적 수단에 의한 신경자극에 대하여 민감한 영역을 확인하기 위하여 사용자의 구강신경을 찾아내어 자극하는 단계, 자극신호를 발생하여 상기 영역에 직접적으로 자극신호를 가하기 위한 수단을 사용자의 구강내에 설치하는 단계와 적어도 하나의 상기 영역에 상기 자극신호를 직접가하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 타액분비 자극방법.
- 청구범위 16항에 있어서, 신경민감영역을 찾아내어 이를 자극하는 단계가 자극신호를 발생하여 이를 가하기 위한 수단에 의하여 발생된 신호와 유사한 전기적인 신호를 상기 영역에 가하므로서 수행되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 17항에 있어서, 자극신호가 약 3-5볼트의 진폭, 약 500마이크로초의 펄스폭과 약 30Hz의 주파수를 갖는 일련의 펄스로 구성된 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 18항에 있어서, 자극신호가 약 1/2초의 간격을 두고 단속되는 바의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
