Description
Claims (31)
- 서로 다르거나 균일하게 변화하는 회복을 또는 회복력 또는 장착계수를 가지며, 대상물의 윤곽과 일치하게 되는 회복 가능한 직물의 대상물의 주위에 포권시키는 것과, 상기 직물을 회복시켜 대상물과 맞물리게 하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물을 포권형 슬리이브의 형태를 가지며, 추가로 대상물 주위에 장착시킨 후 포권한 형태로 슬리이브를고정하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복가능한 부재에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 회복전에는 본질적으로 개발 가능하며, 회복후에는 개발불가능한 표면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 케이블 보다 더 큰 직경의 접합관을 둘러싸는데 있어서, 반경방향으로 수축하며, 접합관 및 케이블의 크기 비율에 해당하는 끝단부 및 중앙부 회복율간의 비율을 가진 회복 가능한 직물을 접합관 주위에 둘러싸는 것과 상기 직물을 회복시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 연장체 대상물 간의 연결점을 밀폐시키는데 있어서, (a) 상기 연결점 주위를 중앙부에 대단부를 가지며, 중앙부에서 대상물 쪽으로 전이점을 형성하고 라이너를 대상물에 대하여 장착시키게 되는 끝단부에 소단부를 형성시킨 비교저 강재의 라이너를 장착시키는 것과, (b) 라이너 주위에 중앙부 및 끝단부에 해당하며, 서로 다른 또는 균일하게 변화하는 회복율의 영역을 가진 회복 가능한 직물로 구성된 슬리이브를 장착시키는 것과, (c) 상기직물을 회복시켜 연결점의 각 면에서 대상물과 맞물리게 하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 회복시 직물에 의해 밀폐되는 체적이 대상물에 따라 그 형체를 변화시킬 수 있도록 서로 다르거나 또는 균일하게 변화하게 되는 회복을 또는 회복력을 가진 영역을 가진 회복 가능한 직물로서 이루어지며, 대상물을 둘러싸게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 직물은 회복 가능한 중합체의 경사섬유로서 위빙되며, 경사의 프레임은 서로 다른 회복력을 가진 섬유영역으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 섬유는 위빙전에 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 직물은 평직, 농직, 세틴, 합사, 편직 또는 비위빙직물 임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 직물은 본질적으로 열안정한 경사, 또는 본질적으로 열안정한 위치를 가진 위빙직물임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제10항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물의 표면은 회복전에는 본질적으로 개발가능하며, 회복 후에는 개발불가능함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제11항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 유리섬유나 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제12항까지의 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 적어도 그 어느 일 면에 접착되는 중합체 재료에 의해서 본질적으로 불침투성이 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제13항까지의 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 직물을 따라 연장되는 중합체 기저에 의하여 본질적으로 불침투성이 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제14항까지의 어느 일 항에 있어서, 추가로 중앙부의 관형부위와, 사용시 일반적으로 원추대형(frustoconcal)으로 되는 끝단부로 이루어지는 라이너를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기라이너는 대상물의 주위를 감을 수 있는 재료이며, 또 전이점을 이룰 수 있는 덮개가 달릴 끝단부위를 가진 하나의 층으로서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제18항까지의 어느 일 항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 반경방향으로 수축하는 슬리이브임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 슬리이브 끝단부의 회복율은 그 중앙부의 회복을 보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제18항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 추가로 직물 및 대상물 사이에 중첩될 수 있으며, 그리하여 부재내의 압력에 의하여 변형될 수 있고, 그 어느 한 부위는 직물에 대해서, 그리고 다른 한 부위는 대상물에 대해서 각각 힘을 받게 되는 적어도 하나의 보조부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제19항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 적어도 두 개의 대상물 사이의 분기점을 밀봉하여, 추가로 직물의 주변부위를 간격을 두고 고정시켜 대상물 사이의 분기점을 적어도 부분적으로는 밀폐시키게 되는 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 고정장치는 적어도 두개의 다리를 가진 클립임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제21항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 열 활성화 접착제로 내면을 도포하게됨을 특징으로 하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제22항중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 열회복 가능함을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 전기한 어느 일 항에 있어서, 덮개부위는 열회복 가능한 접착제의 내면 도포상태, 또는 직물의 회복을 지시하며, 색깔을 변화시키는 외부면 상에 온도지시성분을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제24항 중 어느 일 항에 있어서, 직물은 포권형 슬리이브 형태임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실시예를 참조하여, 또는 첨부도면을 참조하여 상술됨을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재.
- 제6항에서 제26항까지의 어느 일 항에 따른 부재에 의하여 밀폐되게 되는 연장체 대상물 또는 연결점을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재 및 그에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 각 대상물은 전기 케이블임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재 및 그에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서, 각 대상물은 통신 케이블임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재 및 그에 의한 밀폐방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 케이블은 가압 케이블임을 특징으로 하는 회복 가능한 부재 및 그에 의한 밀폐방법.
