Claims (11)
- 슬리이브(M)와 결합되는 제1플랜지, 수칠식 가열요소와 결합되는 제2플랜지(120), 상기 두 플랜지 사이에 위치하는 금속제 탄성조인트(130), 나사결합에 의해 서도 결합되는 지지부재(150)와 너트(160), 두 개의 반원링(140)을 통하여 제1플랜지(110)상에 작동하는 지지부재(150), 제2플랜지상에 작동하는 너트(160), 조인트(130)를 압축시키게 하는 지지부재(1(50)와 너트(160)의 나사부로 이루어진 가입기 강철벽(D)의 슬리이브에 수침식 가열 요소를 연결하는 장치에 있어서, 조인트(130)가 T형 단면으로 이루어지고, 픈랜지(110), (120)의 각각은 상기 조인트와 접촉 작용하게 되는 지지면(112), (122)과 원추형 지지면(113)(123)을 가지며, 제2플랜지(120)에 추진부(125)가 형성되고 지지부재(150)에는 걸림부(155)가 형성되어 상기 두 플랜지를 밀착시키므로써 조인트(30)가 압력을 받도록한 관형의 슬리이브(M)에 원통형 또는 관형의 수침식 가열요소(P)를 연결하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지부재(150)의 걸림부(155)가 너트(160)의 바깥벽 선단위에 위치하게 되는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한편으로는 제2플랜지(120)를 통하고 다른 한편으로는 지진부재(150)와 반원링(140) 및 제1플랜지(110)를 통하여 연결장치에 압력을 가하고, 상기의 압력은 모든 부재를 지지하여 일상적인 작동상태에 있게 하며 다른 부재들이 압력을 받은 동안 너트(160)가 작동 상태로 있게하여 설치와 분리작업을 하는 동안 슬리이브에 회전력을 전달하지 않게 하는 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 잭(200)을 통하여 연결구에 압력을 가하게 하는 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제1항의 탄성 밀봉 조인트(13)를 압착하는 두플랜지(110), (120), 나사산이 형성된 지지부재(150)와 너트(160)가 각각 두 플랜지(110)(120)뒤에 작용하여 이들의 상호 나사체 결이 조인트(130)를 압축시키게 하는 연결장치에 있어서, 잭(130)이 추진체(240)의 추진력에 의해 베이스(210)로 부터 이격되게 하는 추진부재(230)와 베이스(210), 수침식가열소(P)를 관통하게 하는 구멍(211)(231)을 가지는 베이스(210)와 추진부재(230), 추진부(125)와 결속되게 하기 위한 추진부재(230) 및 축선회 가능하게 설치되며 걸림부(155)에 체결되게 하는 체결레버(220)로 이루어진 특징을 갖는 연결장치용 압력잭(200)
- 제5항에 있어서 잭(200)을 측방으로 주입결합시키기 위한 측방의 스로트(212)(232)에 의해 수침식가열요소(P)를 구멍(211)(231)의 축상에 위치하게 하는 특징이 있는 잭(200)
- 제5항에 있어서, 베이스(210)와 추진부재(230)가 일반적으로 삼각형이며, 이들 베이스(210)와 추진부재(230)에 추진체(240)가 연결장치의 축 A-A 주위에 균일하게 분포된 특징이 있는 잭.
- 제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 추진체(240)가 입력유체를 공급받게한 특징이 있는 잭.
- 제5항에 있어서, 축선회 레버(220)가 체결지점에 스프링(224)에 의해 탄력지지된 특징이 있는 잭.
- 제5항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 축선회레버(220)가 체결지점으로 부터 레버를 제거하므로서 수동으로 긴밀하게 하는 작동핸을(223)을 갖는 특징이 있는 잭.
- 제6항에 있어서, 스로트(212)(232) 개폐시키기 위해 잭(200)에 축선회하도록 설치한 체결요소(260)를 갖추어 잭(200)을 베이스(210)에 고정시키도록 하므로서 베이스(210)를 수침식 가열요소(P)주위에 확고히 고정되게 한 특징을 갖는 잭.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
