제1도는 구동과 관련되는 토막축과 각전(角栓) 슬리브의 횡단면 도중 부분적인 종단면도이고, 여기에서 토막축은 본 발명에 포함된 것이다.
제2도는 제1도의 토막축의 입면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 포함된 제2도의 4-4선을 따라 취한 토막축의 한개의 각전 전체의 부분적인 횡단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 다수의 축방향으로 신장된 각전을 갖는 구동선 슬립 조인트 부품, 축방향의 신당면을 포함하는 각각의 각광, 원주상의 신장 폭을 갖는 각각의 면, 하나의 탄력 있는 축방향의 신장 돌기로 구성되는 적어도 세개의 상기면들, 결합면의 폭보다 적은 폭을 갖는 각돌기.
  2. 상기 면중의 하나는 이것을 결합하는 저마찰물질로 구성되고, 상기 탄력성 있는 돌기는 이들의 전체 부분으로 구성되는 제1항의 슬립 조인트 부품.
  3. 상기 물질에 나일론 기재를 포함하는 피복층으로 구성되고, 상기 피복층을 일반적으로 상기 면위에 일정한 두께를 가지며, 상기 두께는 0.007-0.014인치의 범위 이내에 있고, 상기 돌기는 상기 피복층의 표면상에 0.001-0.003인치로 신장되어 있는 제2항의 슬립 조인트 부품.
  4. 구동 부재 및 피동 부재로 구성되는 구동선 슬립 조인트 부품에서, 상기 구동 부재는 상기 피동 부재의 한 종단부를 통한 구멍에 마음대로 끼워 넣을 수 있게 맞물려 있고, 상기 부재는 각각 이들 사이에 구동 연결부를 형성하는 외부적으로나, 내부적으로 물려 있는 각전이 달린 부위를 가지며, 상기 구동 부재의 상기 외부적으로 각전니 달린 부위은 다수의 방사상으로 외향되게 신장된 각전을 한정하고 있으며, 각 각전은 상기 구동부재를 넘어서, 축방향으로 신장된 한쌍의 측벽을 가지며, 상기 각전은 일반적으로 상기 측벽에 수직인 축방향으로 신장된 면을 가지며, 상기 피동부재의 상기 내부로 각전이 달린 부위는 다수의 방사상으로 내향되게 신장된 각전을 한정하고 있으며, 각 각전은 상기 부재를 지나서 축방향으로 신장되어 있는 한쌍의 측벽을 가지며, 상기 피동 부재의 각 측벽은 상기 구동 부재의 상기 측벽중의 하나와 함께 접촉 되도록 배열되어 있고, 상기 구동부재의 각전은, 상기 구동 부재의 각면이 상기 피동 부재의 각면으로 공간을 형성하는, 축방향으로 뻗어 있는 면을 가지는 것으로, 상기 구동 및 피동부재중의 하나에 축방향으로 신장된 상기 면중의 적어도 세개는 거기에 축방향으로 신장되고, 탄력성 있는 돌기를 가지며, 상기 돌기는 상기 세개 면중 어느쪽의 원주상으로 신장된 칫수보다도 적게 원주상으로 신장된 칫수를 가져서 이로 인한 공차를 흡수 제거하는 장치가 상기구동 및 피동 부재의 상기 공간면 사이에 제공되는 것으로 구성되는 개선방법.
  5. 상기 피도 부재가 있는 상기 구멍의 상기 최외곽 원주부위와 상기 구동 부재의 상기 최외고가 원주부위가 각각 외곽 및 내곽 동심원상에 놓여 있고, 외곽원은 상기 구멍의 최외고가 원주 부위에 외접되며 상기 내곽원의 직경보다 더 큰 0.0015-0.0020인치의 범위로 직경을 갖는 제4항의 슬립 조인트 부품.
  6. a) 상기 각전에 탄력성 피복층을 정착되게 적용하는 것과, b) 상기 각전의 축방향으로 신장된 방향을 따라 상기 각전의 적어도 한개의 면에서 피복층 일부를 절단하는 것으로 구성되는 구동선 슬립 조인트 부품용 각전 달린 부품을 제작하는 방법.
  7. 상기 피복층 제거 단계는 상기 각전을 브로칭 하는 것이 효과적인 제6항의 방법.
  8. 카바이드링 절단칼이 상기 각전의 브로칭에 이용되는 제7항의 방법.
  9. 다수의 축방향으로 신장된 각전을 갖는 구동선 슬립 조인트요소, 축방향으로 신장면을 갖는 각 각전, 원주상으로 신장폭을 갖는 각면, 하나의 탄력성 있는 축방향으로 신장된 돌기로 구성되는 적어도 한개의 상기면, 상기 한개면의 상기한 폭 보다 적은 폭을 갖는 상기 돌기.
