제3도는 모세관 흡수 시험 결과를 도표로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 평균 직경이 최대 약 10μ이고 계면 활성제로 처리시킨 용융증융된 열가소성 미세 섬유로 이루어진 기본 중량이 약 17 내지 170g/㎡인 직물과, 이 직물의 양면에 다시 평균 직계이 최대 약 10μ 이상이고 계면 활성제로 처리 시킨 일반적으로 열가소성 연속 필라멘트사로 이루어진 기본 중량이 약 7 내지 34g/㎡인 직물을 포함하는 적층물로 구성된 것이 특징인 걸레.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미세 섬유 직물과 결합된 외부 직물의 비율이 중량비로 약 2 : 1 내지 4 : 1이상인 것이 특징인 걸레.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미세 섬유 직물 및 외부 직물이 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 것이 특징인 걸레.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 용융증융(容融蒸絨)시킨 직물층 처리 계면 활성제는 이온성 및 비이온성 계면 활성제로 구성되는 군에서 선정되고, 연속 필라멘트사 직물층 처리 계면 활성제는 이온성 및 비이온성 계면 활성제로 구성되는 군에서 선정됨을 특징으로 하는 걸레.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 적층물을 문양을 새기는 가열법 및 가압법으로 결합시키는 것이 특징인 걸레.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결합 형태는 적층물 표면의 약 5 내지 25%를 차지하며 결합수는 약 10 내지 250pins/in2의 범위내 임이 특징인 걸레.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 미세 섬유층은 약 70% 이내의 목질 펄프를 포함하는 것이 특징인 걸레.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 미세 섬유층은 약 70% 이내의 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 것이 특징인 걸레.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 연속 필라멘트사 외부 층들을 미세 섬유 층과 결합시키기 전에 예비 결합시키는 것이 특징인 걸레.
