Claims (25)
- 염색, 프린트 또는 광택나는 기판에 A)의 다염기성 화합물과, 촉매 D)와 함계 기판에 칠해질 수 있는 B)의 응축물을 계속적으로 또는 동시에 칠하며, 최종적으로 열경화 단계를 거침으로써, 히드록시기를 함유한 섬유 혹은 천연 또는 합성 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성된 기판에 대해 음이온성 염료에 대한 강농도(fastness propertires) 또는 광택성(optical brightness)을 향상시키기 위한 공정.
- 상기에서, A)의 화합물은 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드(DCDA), 구아니딘 또는 비구아니딘의 50몰 퍼센트까지는 디카르복시산 혹은 이의 모노-에스테르 또는 디-에스테르 화합물로 치환될 수 있는 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드(DCDA), 구아니딘 또는 비구아니딘과 1가 혹은 다가 1차 아민 또는 2차 아민을 반응시켜 생성된 다염기성 화합물로, 이 생성물에는 질소 원자와 결합하는 반응성 수소 원자가 함유되어 있으며 : B)의 화합물은 상기 A)의 화합물과 C)의 N-메틸올 유도체를 반응시켜 형성시킨 응축물이며: C)의 화합물을 우레아, 멜라민, 구아나민, 트리아지논, 우론, 카르바메이트 또는 산 아미드의 N-메틸올 유도체이며, D)의 화합물은 상기 C)의 N-메틸올 화합물을 다리 결합시키기 위한 촉매이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판은 직접 염료 혹은 반응성 염료로 염색되는 면 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, A)와 B) (D)와 함께)의 화합물이 패딩(padding)에 의해 기판에 동시에 칠해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, A)의 화합물은 배기 공정에 의해서, B)의 화합물(D)와 함께)은 패딩에 의해서 순차적으로 기판에 칠해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 염색된 실 또는 루우스 섬유는 A)로 미리 고착되며, 최종의 직조되거나 편직된 피륙은 B)(D)와 함께)로 패드됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항∼5항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 B)는 10-80g/1의 B)가 함유된 용액으로 부터 70-100%가 픽업(pick-up)되도록 패드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용액은 20-50g/I의 생성물 B)가 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항∼제3항, 제6항 및 제7항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 A)는 3-30g/l의 A)의 생성물이 함유된 용액으로 부터 70-100%픽업되도록 패드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용액은 5-10g/l의 생성물 A를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항∼제7항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 A)는 기판의건조 중량의 0.5∼2%에 대응하는 양으로 배출통으로 부터 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항∼제10항의 어떤 한항에 있어서, 생성물 A)는 식(Ia)의 1가 아민 또는 식(Ib)의 다가 아민과 시안아미드, 디시노디아미드(DCDA)또는 구아닌딘과의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.

- 상기식에서, R은 수소 혹은 히드록시, C1-4알콕시 또는 시아노로 비치환 또는 단일치환된 C1-10알킬기이며, 조건부로서 식(Ia)에서 최소한 하나의 R은 수소이외의 기이어야 하며: n은 0∼100의 수이며 :
- Z또는 n〉0 일때 각각의 Z는 C1-4알킬렌 또는 히드록시알킬렌이며 : X 또는 n〉1일때의 각각의 X는 -O-, -S-, 또는 -NR-로서 R은 상기 정의와 같으며 : 조건부로 식 (Ib)의 아민은 최소한 하나 이상의 반응성 -NH-또는 -NH2기로 구성되어야 한다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 생성물 A)는 디에틸렌 트리아민, 트리에틸렌테트라아민 또는 3-(2-아미노 에틸)-아미노프로필아민과 DCDA와의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 앞의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C)는 N, N' -디메틸올-4,5-디히드록시-에틸렌우레아, 4,5-디메톡시-에틸렌우레아, N,N'-디메틸올-4-메톡시-5,5-디메틸-프로필렌우레아, N,N'-디메틸올카르바메이트 및 이의 메틸에테르, 에텔에테르로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 앞의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응축물 B)의 제조시, 촉매 D)는 A)와 C)가 반응하는 동안에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 앞의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 D)는 알루미늄, 마그네슘 및 아연의 질산염, 황산염, 염화물 및 디하이드로겐 오르토스페이트로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 생성물 A)는 디에틸렌 트리아민과 DCDA와의 반응 생성물이며, 생성물 b)는 염화 마그네슘의 존재하에 상기의 A)의 생성물과 디메틸올디히드록시에틸렌 우레아와의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 본원의 실시예중 어느 한 실시예에서 서술된 방법에 따라 진행되는 제1항에 따른 공정.
- 제1항∼제17항의 어느 한 항에 따른 공정에 의해 제조된 히드록시기를 함유한 섬유로 구성되는 염색된 기관.
- 1:2 ∼ 1:12의 중량비를 갖는 생성물 A)와 생성물 B)의 혼합물로 구성된 조성물.
