Claims (6)
- 튜브의 길이를 따라 최소한 두 지점에서 외축튜브에 연결되어 내측튜브 내부에 위치한 최소한 하나의 내측튜브를 갖춘 튜브장치에 예비응력을 가하는 방법으로서 외측튜브의 반경을 축소시켜 외측튜브를 영구 신장시키고 내측튜브에는 탄성응력이 가해지게 됨으로서 내측튜브에는 인장예비응력이 가해지게 됨으로서 내측튜브에는 인장예비응력이 생기고, 외측튜브에는 압축예비응력이 가해지는 것을특징으로 하는 예비응력법.
- 예비응력을 받은내측튜브와 외측튜브를 갖춘 튜브장치를제작하는 방법으로서, 외측튜브 내부에 내측튜브를 위치시키며, 외측튜브와 내측튜브상의 최소한 두 지점에서 외측튜브와 내측튜브를 연결시키고, 외측튜브의 직경을 기계적인 방법으로 축소시켜, 외측튜브를 영구 신장시키고 내측튜브에는 탄성응력이 가해지게함으로서, 외측튜브에 대해 내측튜브가 예비응력을 받도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브장치 제작법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인장베티와를 축출기와 스웨이징기와를 신킹장치 및 튜브축소기중의 한가지를 사용하여, 외측튜브를 냉간가공함으로서 외측튜브의 직경을 축소시키는것을 특징으로 하는 예비응력법 및 튜브장치 제작법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외측튜브의 내측방사상으로 외측튜브의 항복강도 이상의 응력을 가하여 외측튜브의 직경을 축소시킴으로서 외측튜브의 직경을 영구 축소시키고 외측튜브를 신장시키며, 내측튜브에는 탄성응력이 가해지게하여 내측튜브에 인장예비응력이 생기고 외측튜브에는 압축에비응력이 가해지게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비응력법.
- 튜브의 길이를 따라 최소한 두 지점에서 외측튜브에 연결되어 내측튜브 내부에 위치한 최소한 하나의 내측튜브를 갖춘 튜브장치 제법으로서, 내외측 튜브가 연결되는 동안 한쪽 튜브를 신장시키고,다른 한쪽 튜브에 탄성응력을 가함으로서 한쪽 튜브에 압축예비응력이 가해지고 다른 한쪽 튜브에는 인장 예비응력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브장치 제작법.
- 튜브의 길이를 따라 최소한 두 지점에서 외측튜브에 연결되어 내측튜브 내부에 위치한 최소한 하나의 내측튜브를 갖춘 튜브장치에 에비응력을 가하는 방법으로서, 내측튜브의 직경을 확장시켜 내측튜브를 영구수축시킴으로서 내측튜브에 인장예비응력이 가해지고 외측튜브에는 압축예비응력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비응력법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
