Description

Al-Zn-Mg-Si 합금 코우팅이 된 내식성 철제품 및 이의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 염수분무환경에서 Al/Zn비가 1.26일 때외 Mg와 Si외 영향을 나타낸 것으로서 Al-Zn-Mg-Si계로된 원소의 여러가지 배합물로 코우팅된 철판의 붉은색 녹이 나타나는 시간 경과를 예시한 그래프.
제 2 도는 Si가 4%일때의 Al-Zn-Si-Mg계로 된 합금으로 코우팅 된 강철제품의 염수분무저항성을 예시한 등고선도.
제 3 도는 8%의 Si를 함유한 코우팅으로 된 것으로서 제 2 도와 유사한 등고선도.
제 4 도는 Al/Zn비가 1.26일 때의 Mg와 Si의 변화에 따른 영향을 나타낸 것을서 Al-Zn-Si-Mg계로 된 원소의 여러가지 배합물로 코우팅 된 철판의 SO4가 함유된 환경에서의 중량감소를 예시한 그래프.
제 5 도는 Si가 4%인 Al-Zn-Si-Mg로 된 합금으로 코오팅 된 강철제품의 SO2를 함유한 분위기중에서의 중량 감소를 예시한 등고선도.
제 6 도는 Si 8%를 함유한 코우팅으로 된 선으로서 제 5 도와 유사한 등고선도.
제 7 도는 Al/Zn비가 1.26일 때의 Mg와 Si의 변화에 따른 영향을 예시한 것으로서 Al-Zn-Si-Mg계로 된 원소의 여러가지 배합물로 코우팅 된 철판의 코우팅 외관의 그래프.
제 8 도는 Si가 4%일 때의 Al-Zn-Si-Mg계로 된 합금으로 코우팅 된 강철제품의 코우팅 외관을 예시한 등고선도.
제 9 도는 Si 8%를 함유한 코우팅으로 된 것으로서 제 8 도와 유사한 등고선도.
제10도는 종래의 방법에 의해 제조된 코우팅용 합금계에 대한 코우팅물의 미세구조의 부식처리된 단면을 500배로 확대한 광현미경사진.
제11도는 본 발명에 의해 제조된 코우팅제품의 부식 처리된 단면을 500배로 확대한 광현미경사진.
제12도는 종래의 방법에 의해 제조된 코우팅용 합금에 대한 코우팅물의 미세구조의 부식처리된 표면을 200배로 확대한 광현미경사진.
제13도는 본 발명에 의한 코우팅제품의 부식 처리된 표면을 200배로 확대한 광현미경사진 .

Claims (18)

  1. (정정). 철판 표면에 금속결합된 연성 및 접착성이 있으며 윗층과 철 베이스사이에 금속간 합금층과 합금 윗층을 가진 코우팅을 형성시켜주어 SO2및 염수를 함유한 분위기에 대해 내식성을 가지도록 한 철 베이스로 된 내식성의 철제품에 있어서 (1) 10μ이하의 수지상 조직의 가지간격을 가진 중심핵의 알루미늄 함량이 많은 수지상 조직과 (2) 아연함량이 많은 중간 수지상 영역 및 (3) 아연, 알루미늄, 마그네슘 및 규소로 된 금속간 상을 함유하는 금속조직이 있는 Al-Zn-Si-Mg계로 되어 있고 마그네슘 3-20wt%와 규소 3-15wt%, 나머지 알루미늄과 아연이고 --비가 1-1.5사이인 합금으로 윗층을 형성함을 개선점으로 하는 내식성 철제품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지상 조직의 가지 간격이 3-9범위이고 Mg2Si, MgZn2, SiO2및 Mg32Al,Zn)49로 금속간 상을 형성시킨 제품.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,의 비가 1.2-1.3이고 마그네슘 함량이 [-]5%이며 규소 함량이 5-15%인 제품.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 합금 윗층의 규소 함량이 최소한 5%이고 마그네슘 함량이 최소한 4%이며 [Si%]0.6+[Mg%]0.6≥8을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, [Si%]≥0.5+0.6Mg%를 특징으로 하는 제품.
  7. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 저탄소강을 철 베이스로 사용한 제품.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 철 베이스를 판상으로 사용한 제품.
  9. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 철 베이스를 선형태로 사용한 제품.
  10. (1) 금속 코우팅이 될 수 있게끔 철 베이스의 표면을 헝성하고, (2) Al-Zn-Mg-Si계로 된 용융합금으로 표면을 코우팅하여 (3)냉각하므로서 코우팅을 응고시켜 철 베이스위에 연성을 가진 접착 코우팅을 형성할 때 철 베이스에 인접한 금속코우팅을 제조하는 방법에 있어서 마그네슘 함량을 3-20wt%, 규소함량은3-15wt%, 나머지는 알루미늄 및 아연으로 하고 --의 비가 0-1.5가 되게 한 용융합금을 이용함을 개선점으로 하는 철 베이스에 금속결합시킨 금속코우팅 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, --의 비가 1.2-1.3이고 마그네슘 함량을 5-15%로 하고 규소함량을 5-15%로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 규소함량을 최소한 5%로 하고 마그네슘 함량을 최소한 4%로 하며 [Si%]0.6+[Mg%]0.6≥8으로 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, [Si%]≥1.5+0.6[Mg%]을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  15. 제10항 또는 제1항에 있어서, 코우팅을 전부 응고시키는 도중 최소한 20°F/sec의 속도로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  16. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 저 탄소강을 철 베이스로 사용하는 제조방법.
  17. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 판상의 철 베이스를 사용하는 제조방법.
  18. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 선 모양의 철 베이스를 사용하는 제조방법.
