Claims (4)
- 고임피던스 신호원에 의해 작동하는 집적회로 증폭기에 있어서, 입력 결합회로(101a)는 고임피던스 신호원을 증폭기(102)에 연결하고 중복결합회로(101b)는 입력결합회로의 대응 직류 전압과 동일한 직류기준 전압을 공급하도록 입력 결합회로에 연결되는 두 결합회로와, 증폭기 신호는 단지 신호원의 신호이므로 고임피던스 입력을 신호원에 제공하고 저임피던스 출력을 증폭기에 제공하는 두 결합회로의 조합을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고임피던스용 집적회로 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력 결합회로, 중복 결합회로 및 증폭기는 입력 바이어스 회로(302),(301)와 기준전류 전압원 공급회로(103)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고임피던스용 집적회로 증폭기.
- 제1항에 의한 회로에 있어서, 입력 결합회로(101a) 및 중복 결합회로(101b)는 특정 범위내의 마이크로폰에 의한 전기적 신호를 유지시키는 입력 바이어스 회로(302),(301)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고임피던스용 집적회로 증폭기.
- 제4항에 의한 회로에 있어서, 입력 바이어스 회로(302),(301)는 결합회로의 하나이상의 다이오드(Q2)와 병렬로 연결되고 접합 면적보다 더 큰 접합면적을 갖는 하나이상의 입력 바이어스 다이오드(Q20),(Q21)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고임피던스용 집적회로 증폭기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
