Claims (5)
- 용융금속조에 활동하는 유체를 조절 주입시키기 위한 투과성 내화재료가 저부에 제공된 상부를 통해산소 취입정련을 시키는 야금용기, 특히 제강전로의 저부의 투과성을 개선시키기 위한 처리방법 있어서, 용기의 내용물을 비운후, 저부전체에 퍼질정도의 충분한 유동성을 가지는 콘크리이트를 저부에 주입하고,활동하는 유체가 계속적으로 흐르로록 투과성 내화재료의 압력을 충분히 유지시키면서 콘크리이트를 건조경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 투과성 내화재료를 구비한 야금용기의 저부의 투과성을 개선시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측벽을 따라 흘려줌에 의해 노우즈로부터 용기의 저부까지 도달할 수 있을 정도의유동성을 가지는 내화성 콘크리이트를 준비하고, 용기의 내용물을 비운후, 노우즈를 통하여 콘크리이트를용기에 주입시키고, 저부에 콘크리이트을 고루 분포시키기 위해 용기를 뒤엎은 다음 다시 수직위치로 하고 활동하는 유체가 계속적으로 흐르도록 투과성 내화재료의 압력을 충분히 유지시키면서 콘크리이트를건조 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 콘크리트를 용기에 주입시킨 후, 콘크리이트를 저부에 고루 분포시키기 위해 용기를 수직위치의 양측면으로 전동시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 주입된 콘크리트의 건조 경화중에 활동하는 유체가 재료당 약 30m3/h(가스상태)로 계속적으로 흐르도록 하기 위해 투과성 내화재료에서 압력을 충분히 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 8-10중량%의 물함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제1, 2, 3 또는 4항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 투과성 내화재료를 구비한 야금용기의 저부의 투과성을 개선시키기 위한 수조성의 수경 마그네시아 내화재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
