제3도는 각기 다른 조성의 합금에서 그 진동수에 따른 유전손실(tgδ)의 변화를 도시한 그래프.
Claims (8)
- 용융상태에서 상온으로 냉각될 때 극상을 갖게 되는 압전재료에 있어서, 상기 재료는 최소한 두개의 중합체로 구성된 합금으로서, 제1중합체는 용융상태에서 상온으로 냉각될 때 극상을 나타내지 않는 압전 또는 초전중합체이고, 제2중합체는 제1중합체와 상호 작용하여 극상을 일으키는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체가 PVF2인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 최소한 50퍼센트이며, 제2중합체가 PMMA인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 약 75퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 최소한 85퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재료가 소둔작업을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
- 활성 압전중합체소자를 구비하고 있는 전자기계식 변환기로서 상기 소자의 압전중합체가 제1항에서 청구된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기계식 변환기.
- 활성초전 중합체소자를 구비하고 있는 초전장치로서, 상기 소자의 초전중합체가 제1항에서 청구된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
