제1도는 본 발명에 의한 합금에서 성분의 농도에 따른 결정상의 비와 결정도를 도시한 그래프.
제2도는 각기 다른 조성의 합금에서 그 진동수에 따른 유전상수(εr)의 변화를 도시한 그래프.
제3도는 각기 다른 조성의 합금에서 그 진동수에 따른 유전손실(tgδ)의 변화를 도시한 그래프.

Claims (8)

  1. 용융상태에서 상온으로 냉각될 때 극상을 갖게 되는 압전재료에 있어서, 상기 재료는 최소한 두개의 중합체로 구성된 합금으로서, 제1중합체는 용융상태에서 상온으로 냉각될 때 극상을 나타내지 않는 압전 또는 초전중합체이고, 제2중합체는 제1중합체와 상호 작용하여 극상을 일으키는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체가 PVF2인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 최소한 50퍼센트이며, 제2중합체가 PMMA인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 약 75퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 재료내의 제1중합체의 중량농도가 최소한 85퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 재료가 소둔작업을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전재료.
  7. 활성 압전중합체소자를 구비하고 있는 전자기계식 변환기로서 상기 소자의 압전중합체가 제1항에서 청구된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기계식 변환기.
  8. 활성초전 중합체소자를 구비하고 있는 초전장치로서, 상기 소자의 초전중합체가 제1항에서 청구된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전장치.
