절첩 돗자리

본 고안은 합성섬유사로 된 돗자리의 절첩부위를 조밀하게 밀집한 경사와 위사로 제직하여 절첩이 용이하고 사용하기에 편리하며 미관상에도 보기 좋도록 고안한 절첩 돗자리에 관한 것이다.
종래의 돗자리는 소폭으로 제직한 두폭의 돗자리를 서로 봉합하여 절첩토록 하였으나, 작업이 번거럽고 비능률적이며 외관상에도 보기좋지 않아 실용적이 못되었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 개선코져 돗자리의 절첩부를 조밀한 조직으로 밀집되게 제직하여 절첩이 용이하도록 하므로써 실용적이고 미관상 보기좋은 효과가 좋은 바 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성섬유사로된 돗자리(1)(2)의 중간에 절첩식(3)를 형성함에 있어서 절첩부(3)에는 한가닥 내지 두가닥의 경사(4)(4')로서 조밀하게 밀집시켜 이를 위사(5)로서 제직하는 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 절첩부(3)는 조밀하게 밀집한 경사로서 조밀성있게 제직 하였으므로 절첩이 용이하게 이루어지는 잇점이 있고 이 절첩부는 본원 출원인이 별도 고안한 직기에 의하여 제직하므로 조직면에 있어서, 다른 조직부와 외관상 별차이가 없기 때문에 미관상 보기좋고 능률적이며 사용상 실용적인 잇점이 있다.

  1. 합성섬유사로 된 공지의 돗자리(1)(2)중간부에 절첩부(3)를 형성함에 있어서, 절첩부(3)에는 한가닥 내지 두가닥으로 조밀하게 밀집한 경사(4)(4')를 위사(5)로서 제직함을 특징으로 하는 절첩 돗자리.
