Claims (1)
- 이소부탄설폰산의 반응성 유도체를 2β-메틸아미노-1,3,4,6,7,11b-헥사하이드로-2H-벤조[a] 퀴놀리진과 반응시키거나 또는 N-메틸-N-(1,3,4,6,7,11bα-헥사하이드로-2H-벤조[a] 퀴놀리진-2β-일)-2-메틸-2-프로펜-1-설폰아미드 또는 기의 산부가염을 접촉 환원하고 필요하다면 유리염기를 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, N-메틸-N-(1,3,4,6,7,11b α-헥사하이드로-2H-벤조[a]-퀴놀리진-2β-일)-이소-부탄설폰아미드 또는 그의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
