- 당 및/또는 당알콜과 락트알부민 및/또는 혈장을 탈수어육에 첨가하고 이긴후 동결함을 특징으로 하는 냉동 세육의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어, 탈수어육에 난백 알부민을 더 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 냉동 세육의 제조법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어, 탈수어육에 폴리포스페이트 및/또는 식용 계면활성제를 보조물질로서 더 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 냉동세육의 제조법.
- 어육연제품의 제조에 있어 혈장을 고기반죽에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 어육연제품의 품질개량법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
