Claims (10)
- 저항이 가열온도에 따라 변하는 열발생 소자, 전류 검출 저항기, 및 전력원과 직렬로 접속된 스위칭 유니트를 갖고 있는 글로우 플럭의 가열회로에 있어서, 특히 상기 전류 검출 저항기 양단에 나타난 전압에 따라 상기 열발생소자의 저항을 결정하기 위한 장치를 포함하고 있는 글로우 플럭용 제어장치, 상기 선정된 값이 선정된 예열온도보다 작은 설정값에 도달할때 출력신호를 제공하기 위한 비교기 장치, 및 상기 글로우 플럭 가열회로를 개방시키고 상기 가열회로를 완전히 동작시키도록 상기 가열회로에 직렬로 전압강하 저항기를 삽입시키기 위해 상기 비교기의 출력에 응답하여 상기 스위칭 유니트를 동작시키기 위한 스위칭 유니트 구동장치를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플럭 신속가열 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압강하 저항기가 상기 글로우플럭의 상기 열발생소자의 것과 동일한 온도계수를 가진 열발생소자를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압강하 저항기가 상기 글로우 플럭과 비슷하게 고온으로 노출되도록 상기 엔진의 실린더상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 유니트 구동 장치가 상기 가열회로를 개방시키도록 제1릴레이를 동작시키기 위해 상기 비교기 출력에 응답하는 릴레이 구동회로와, 상기 가열회로내에 상기 전압강하 저항기를 접속시키도록 선정된 시간동안 제2 릴레이를 작동시키기 위한 타이머 장치를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정장치가 글로우 플럭의 저항과 상기 전류 검출 저항기를 포함하고 있는 브릿지 회로를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압강하 저항기가 서로 다른 저항/온도 계수를 갖고 있는 최소한 2개의 직렬로 접속된 저항선을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 비선형 방법으로 상기 글로우 플럭에 인가된 전류를 변화시키기 위해 글로우 플럭, 전력원, 및 전류검출 저항기의 직렬 접속회로와, 상기 직렬회로에 전압강하 저항기를 삽입시키기 위한 스위칭 장치를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플럭 가열회로.
- 서로 다른 저항/온도 특성을 가진 최소한 2개의 직렬로 접속된 저항선을 포함하고 있고 절연 물질로 둘러싸인 코일을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플럭에 사용하기 위한 제어저항기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 코일이 엔진에 접속하기 위한 장치를 포함한 외피내에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플럭에 사용하기 위한 제어 저항기.
- 제1항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 글로우 플럭의 소자의 것과 같은 온도 계수를 갖고 있는 상기 저항기를 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
