본 고안은 위관(緯管) 괘지편을 기립돌설하며 이전방에 사출물 통과공을 천공하고 4사모서부에 지각을 하향펀칭 하여 돌설시킨 보강편을 폴리우레탄수지제 홀더내부에 장설되는 상태로 홀더를 사출 성형하여 샷틀 내에 장착함으로서 홀더에 위관 삽지부를 삽지시켜 사용시 홀더와 위관이 견고히 고정된 상태로 체착되게 함과 동시 위관 괘지편이 위관 삽지부의 삽지홈내로 삽치되어 견고히 괘지되게 하여 위관이 요동하지 않게 함으로서 피킹시 위관이 홀더로 부터 이탈되는 사례를 완벽하게 방지할 수 있도록 한 샷틀의 위관 홀더의 내부 보강편에 관한 것이다.The present invention is to stand up and down the gastrointestinal ruler, and the reinforcing piece, which is punched by punching down the perforated part in the front, and punched down the crust in the four-seater, is installed inside the holder made of polyurethane resin.
