본 발명은 통마늘 자동탈피기에 관한 것으로, 특히 박피효율과 수율이 우수한 신규한 통마늘 자동고속 탈피기에 관한 것이다. 종래의 마늘탈피장치는 소위 습식탈피기라 칭하는 것이 있으나, 이것은 마늘을 물에 침지하여 박리시키는 관계로 누수방지를 위한 배려가 필요하고 이로 인하여 통마늘의 파해장치를 일체 부설시킬 수 없어서 일괄공정이 불가능하며, 또한 마늘을 침적하였던 물은 마늘의 독성이 함유되기 때문에 그 페수처리가 곤란하고 마늘껍질의 박리후에는 육질과 껍질의 선별작업을 해야 하는 등의 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a whole garlic automatic peeler, and more particularly to a novel whole garlic automatic peeler having excellent peeling efficiency and yield.
