Claims (14)
- 금속성 구리, 제1구리염, 제2구리염 또는 이의혼합물, 및 산소분자로 이루어진 신규의 선택적 산화시스템.
- 제1항에있어서, 제1구리 또는 제2구리염이 염화제1구리 또는 염화제2구리인 산화시스템.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 산소분자가 대기성산소, 순수한 산소 또는 이의 혼합물인 산화시스템.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 가능한한 염화 유기용매와혼합된 시아노 지방족 용매를 함유하는 산화시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 시아노 지방족 용매가 아세토니트릴이고 염화 유기용매가 메틸렌 클로라이드, 피클로 로에탄 또는 이의 혼합물인 산화시스템.
- 전술한 항중 하나에 따른 산화시스템을 사용하여, 하나 이상의 페놀성 하이드록실 라디칼을 함유하며, 이하이드록실라디칼에 대하여 오르토 위치중 적어도 하나가 비어있는 방향족 유도체를 산화시키고 생성된 중간물질인 제2구리 피로카테콜변이트를 가수분해 또는 알킬화시킴을 특징으로 하여 적어도 하나의 오르토 디하이드로실화 또는 오르토-디알콕실화 방향족 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,금속성 구리를 출발물질인 하이드로실화 방향족 유도체와 관련하여 화학식량이상, 바람직하게는 과량으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제6또는 7항에 있어서, 제1구리또는 제2구리염을 촉매량으로 상용하는 방법.
- 제6,7 또는 8항에 있어서, 산화과정을 1기압 이상의 산소압하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제6내지 9항중 하나에 있어서, 산화반응을 탈수제 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제10항에있어서, 탈수제로서 분자체, 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 설페이트를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6내지 11항중 하나에 있어서, 산성, 환원 또는 액시도(acido)-환원 매체내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 산성, 환원 또는 액시도-환원매체로서 염산 또는 황산, 나트륨 하이드로설파이트 및 나트륨 하이드로설파이트-중탄산나트륨 또는 염화 제1주석-염산혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제6내지 11항중 하나에 있어서, 알킬화 반응을 탄산나트륨같은 염기 존재하에 알킬 설페이트, 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 토실변이토 또는 매실변이트 같은 알킬화 유도체를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
