Claims (26)
- 400메쉬 이상의 탄화물 입자, 제1금속 매트릭스, 제2금속 매트릭스를 가지는 내관통성 성분으로 구성되며, 상기의 입자가 제1 매트릭스와 결합되고 그 안에 위치하며, 상기의 제2금속 매트릭스가 상기의 내관통성 성분과 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 입자가 초경합금 입자임을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 초경합금 입자, 제1금속 매트릭스, 제2금속 매트릭스를 가지는 내관통성 성분으로 구성되며, 상기 초경합금 입자가 제1 매트릭스와 결합되고 그안에 위치하며, 상기의 제2금속 매트릭스가 내관통성 성분과 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 제2금속 매트릭스가 대체적으로 상기의 내관통성 성분을 둘러쌈을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기의 제1금속 매트릭스가 오스테나이트 스테인레스 강으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 제2금속 매트릭스가 강으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 초경합금 입자의 크기가 40매쉬 이상임을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제2항이나 3항에 있어서, 상기의 초경합금 입자가 텅스텐 탄화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기의 초경합금 입자가 코발트, 니켈, 서로의 합금, 또는 다른 금속과의 합금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 결합체고 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 오스테나이트 스테인레스 강의 밀도가 90% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.
- 청구범위 제10항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스의 밀도가 75-85%임을 특징으로 하는 강인한 내마모체.

- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 상기의 초경합금 입자가 상기 충진물의 30-80 중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 주조이전에 상기 충진물을 소결시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법에 따라 준비됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 상기 충진단계가 등압충진으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물에 사용될 메쉬 크기가 40메쉬 이상인 초경합금 입자를 선택하는 단계로 구성되는 방법에 따라 준비됨을 특징으로 제품.
- 충진물 형성을 위해 초경합금 입자와 금속분말의 혼합물을 충진시키고, 용융금속을 상기 충진물이 용융 금속에 결합되도록 충진물 주위에 주조시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 청구범위 제18항에 있어서, 상기 충진물을 주조이전에 상기 금속분말의 융점 이하에서 소결시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기초부, 기초부의 평면으로부터 신장되는 벽부, 벽부에 결합되고 벽부안에 함유되는 분말입자의 충진물, 충진물내에 함유된 초경합금 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 금속주물.
- 청구범위 제22항에 있어서, 상기 벽이 예정된 제1 두께를 가지며, 상기 충진물이 예정된 제2 두께를 가지고, 예정된 제1 두께가 예정된 제2 두께보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 금속주물.
- 청구범위 제22항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금 입자가 상기 충진물을 통해 대체적으로 균일하게 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 금속주물.
- 청구범위 제22항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금 입자의 크기가 400메쉬 이상임을 특징으로 하는 금속주물.
