Claims (1)

  1. 냉난방장치 본체내의 기기를 순차 시동시키는 수단과, 냉온수의 온도를 검출하여 콤프레서의 운전대수를 변경함으로써 용량제어하고, 용량제어에 의해서 생기는 콤프레서의 운전시간차를 평균화시키기 위한 로우테이션운전을 시켜, 콤프레서의 쇼오트사이클운전을 방지하는 수단과, 외기온을 검출하며, 송풍기의 운전대수를 변경하는 수단과 동기, 공기코일에 부착한 서리를 외기온 냉매온도에서 검출하여 재상운전시켜 완료시키는 수단과, 동기 냉난방치를 정지할 때, 정지지령에 의해 공기코일에 부착한 서리를 제거한 다음 정지시키는 수단과, 냉난방장치가 정지중에 외기온. 수온을 검출하며, 펌프나 물배관(水配管)의 동결을 방지하기 위해 펌프를 운전시켜 정지시키는 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉난방장치.
