Claims (15)
- 균일하게 염색되는 것이 가능하고 20℃에서 초기탄성과 약 15g/d 내지 약 65g/d의 60% 상대습도와 110Hz의 주파수로 측정된 동적 기계적 손실 탄젠트(tanδ)의 피크에서 피크온도 [Tmax(℃)]와 식 Tmax(℃)-320 (tanδ) max +132에 의해 대표되는 동적 기계적 손실 탄젠트[(tanδ)max]의 피크값이 상호관계를 갖는 나일론 66로 구성되는 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 110Hz의 주파수로 측정된 동적 기계적 손실탄젠트(tanδ)의 피크에서 피크온도 [Tmax(℃)]와 식 Tmax(℃)-320 (tanδ) max +125에 대표되는 동적 기계적 손실 탄젠트[(tanδ)max]의 피크값이 상호관계를 갖는 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, (tanδ)max가 약 0.15 또는 그 이하인 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, Tmax(℃)가 약 80℃ 내지 105℃인 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 30×10-3내지 약 60×10-3의 화이버의 중심에서 복굴절율(Δn)을 갖는 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 40Å 내지 65Å의 (100)(ACS)의 표면에서 미세결정성크기와 약 85% 내지 98%의 (100)(CO)의 표면에서 결정배향을 갖는 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50% 또는 그 이상의 결정 안전지수, 2.0 또는 그 이상의 결정도의 적분비와 0.033 또는 그 이하의 180℃[(tanδ)180]에서 동적 기계적 손실 탄젠트를 갖는 화이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화이버의 중심에서 평균 굴절을 [n〃(0)]과 약 3×10-3내지 10×10-3의 화이버 [n〃(0.8)]의교차단면의 중심으로부터 0.8배 위치에서 굴절율사이 평균굴절을 [Δn〃(0.8-0)]의 차이를 갖는 화이버.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 8항에 있어서, Δn〃(0.8-0)이 약 4×10-3내지 약 10×10-3의 화이버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 약 1.57의 평균굴절율 [n〃(0)]을 갖는 화이버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 화이버에 대해 교차단면의 중심주위에 기하학적으로 분포된 국부평균 굴절율을 갖는 화이버.
- 나일 66의 용융물 압출, 된 필라멘트를 적어도 5cm의 길이와 약 150℃의 온도 내지 중합체의 융점을 갖는 노즐의 표면에서 제공된 가열영역을 통하여 통과시키며, 가열영역의 아래에 위치된 흡기기로 흡착시킨후 적어도 4,000미터/분의 권취속도로 권취하는 것으로 구성되는 나일론 66화이버 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 흡기기가 5cm 내지 50cm의 길이를 갖는 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서, 권취속도가 적어도 5,000미터/분인 공정.
- 나일론 66의 용융물 압출, 흡기기로 흡착하고 적어도 5,000미터/분의 권취속도로 권취하는 것으로 구성되는 나일론 66의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
