Claims (2)
- a) 중간 및 최종 압연온도는 1000℃ 이하이고 930℃ 이하 온도에서의 총 축소비율은 30% 이상이 되도록 압연조건을 조절하면서 0.2-0.4중량%의 C와 0.5-2.5중량%의 Mn와 잔여 철 및 불가피한 불순물을 함유하는 강철을 열간압연하는 단계와,b) 높은 연성의 마르텐사이트 조직이 형성되도록, 평균 냉각속도 20-250℃/sec로 압연직후 상기 강철을 350℃ 이하의 온도까지 냉각하는 단계,로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고연성, 고강도, 선재, 봉강의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마르텐사이트 강봉의 연성을 증진시키는데 유효한 양(量)으로부터 0.1중량% 이하까지의 Nb, 0.1중량% 이하까지의 V, 0.3중량% 이하까지의Ti 및 0.3중량% 이하까지의 Zr양으로, Nb, V, Ti 및 Zr 으로 된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 원소를 상기 강철이 추가적으로 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
