Claims (1)
- 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 원료를 선별하여 침수시켜 팽윤시킨 다음 분쇄한 것을 98℃로 가열하되 가열하는 과정에서 콩 1말에 대햐여 1스픈의 비율이 되도록 피마자 기름을 투입하여 가열하고 여과하여 응고시키되, 성형후에는 성형된 두부의 표면에 낙화생 기름을 도포하여서 이를 150℃의 가열로속에 1분간 투입하고 진공포장기로 진공포장한 장기보존 두부의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
