Claims (7)
- 기어셋트를 거쳐 발전기를 구동시키는 가변 피치 블레이드 로터를 포함한 동력 구성부품, 현재의 평균풍속을 나타내는 풍속신호를 제공하는 장치가 포함된 조절장치, 그 풍속신호로 나타난 속도에서 바람에 저항하기 위한 풍차 터빈 발전기용 원하는 블레이드 피치각을 나타낸 동력관련신호를 제공하기 위하여 그 풍속신호에 응답하는 신호처리장치들을 구비한 풍차터빈 발전기용 블레이드 피치각 조절장치에 있어서, 현재의 순간 풍속이 현 평균풍속을 초과하는 정도를 나타내는 난류계수신호를 제공하는 장치와, 그 신호 처리장치가 풍속신호와 난류계수신호로 표시된 최대 기능한 풍속에 응하여 기어셋트를 안전하게 구동시키기 위하여 상기 로터의 원하는 블레이드 피치각을 나타내는 풍속신호와 난류 계수신호의 함수로 기어셋트 용량 신호를 제공하기 위한 상기 난류계수 신호에 반응하며, 또 그 풍속과 난류계수 신호로 표시된 상기의 풍속을 안전하게 조화시키기 위하여 로터의 원하는 블레이드 피치각을 나타내는 상기 풍속신호의 함수로 블레이드 용량신호를 제공하기 위한 상기 풍속신호에 반응하며, 또 로터 및 기어 박스의 안전운전을 위한 최대 허용 블레이드 피치각을 나타내는 동력관련신호를 제공하기 위하여 그 원하는 블레이드 피치각을 블레이드 용량신호와 기어셋트 용량신호의 선택된 것의 함수로 나타낸 상기의 동력관련부호를 제공하는 것들을 특징으로하는 풍차 터빈 발전기용 블레이드 피치각 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또 발전기의 부하허용 용량에 영향을 미치는 매개 변수의 크기를 나타내는 조건신호를 제공하기 위한 발전기 조건장치와, 그 신호처리장치가 발전기를 안전하게 구동하기 위하여 로터의 원하는 블레이드 피치각을 나타내는 발전기 용량신호를 제공하며, 상기의 로터기어박스와 발전기의 안전운전을 위하여 허용하는 최대 블레이드 피치각을 나타내는 동력 관련부호를 제공하기 위하여 블레이드 용량신호와 기어셋트 용량신호 및 발전기 용량신호의 선택된 하나의 함수로 그 동력관련신호를 제공하기 위한 조건신호에 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 또 발전기 조건장치가 발전기 주위온도를 나타내는 조건신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 또 발전기 조건장치가 발전기 출력동력계수를 나타 내는 조건신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 또 그 발전기 조건장치가 발전기 주위온도를 나타내는 2차 조건신호를 제공하며 그 신호처리장치가 상기 조건신호와 결합 반응으로 발전기 용량신호를 제공하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
- 제1-5항에 있어서, 또 그 신호처리장치가 그 어느한 용량신호와 동력관련신호와의 차이의 적분시간 함수로서의 적분신호나 또 다른 한용량신호의 선택된 하나로 동력관련신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그 신호처리장치가 그 적분신호와 동력관련신호와의 차이의 초기크기이상의 제한된 부분과 동력관련신호와의 합계와 그 한용량신호와의 차이의 시간적분으로 적분신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
