Claims (8)

  1. 기질에 대해 뛰어남 부착력을 가지는 폴리올레핀 조성물은 전체무게의 20~99.5%인 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말과 0.5~80%의 불안정화되거나 미소부분이 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말로 구성되며, 0.5~80%의 분말은 안정화된 폴리올레핀 보다 용융점이 최소한 1℃가 높은 기질에 대해 뛰어난 부착력을 가지는 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 기질에 대해 뛰어남 부착력을 가지는 폴리에틸렌 조성물은 전체 무게의 20~99.5%인 안정화된 폴리에틸렌 분말과 0.5~80%의 불안정화되거나 미소부분이 안정화된 폴리에틸렌 분말로 구성되며, 0.5~80%의 분말은 안정화된 폴리에틸렌 보다 용융점이 최소한 1℃가 높은 기질에 대해 뛰어난 부착력을 가지는 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
  3. 가운데가 빈 틀에 성형하여 기질에 대해 뛰어난 부착력을 나타내는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 안정화된 폴리에틸렌 성분은 산화되지 않으며 불안정화되거나 미소부분이 안정화된 폴리에틸렌 성분은 반응도중의 조건하에서 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질에 대해 뛰어난 부착력을 가지는 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
  4. 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 전체 무게의 70~90%가 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말이며 10~30%가 불안정화 되거나 미소부분이 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말로 구성된 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 특허청구범위 제1항~제3항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 전체 무게의 70~90%가 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말과 10~30%가 불안정화되거나 미소부분이 안정화된 폴리올레핀 분말로 구성된 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 특허청구범위 제1항~제5항에 따른 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 불안정화되거나 산화 될 수 있는 성분의 결정 용융점은 안정화되거나 산화되지 않는 성분의 결정 용융점 보다 최소한 4℃가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 뛰어난 부착력을 가지는 플라스틱 거품, 오히려 폴리우레탄 거품이 사이에 형성된 폴리올레핀의 벽을 회전틀에 의해 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 벽면은 특허청구범위 제1항~제6항중 어느 하나 이상에 따른 분말 조성물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 벽면은 폴리올레핀 오히려 폴리올레핀으로 구성되며 내부에는 플라스틱 기질이 설치된 물질, 특별히 기파면(surf-board)의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리올레핀의 내부면에는 산화작용이 일어나며 외부면에는 거의 산화작용이 일어나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
