Claims (1)
- 아치형의 교량부와 주위 표면에 홈을 가진 바퀴 형태의 부분 사이에 입구와 출구로 구성된 통로를 형성하는데 이 바퀴는 홈에 교량부가 삽입하고 입구쪽에서 출구 방향으로 회전하는 장치에 입자형태의 금속을 입구의 통로에 공급하여 출구 통로를 가로질러 확장된 교량부에 인접하거나 거기에 위치한 적어도 하나이상의 다이 오리피스를 통해 통로로부터 금속을 사출시키는데 있어서, 교량부는 통로보다 더 작은 단면으로 되어 있어서 홈 표면과 교량부 사이에 실제적인 틈이 존재하며, 금속은 홈 표면과 밀착되어 이 틈을 통해 대부분 사출된다.이 금속은 입구 통로에 재도입되기 위해 홈속의 라이닝(lining)으로 남아 있으며, 금속의 나머지는 다이 오리피스를 통해 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 마찰-자극 사출 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
