Claims (12)

  1. 처리되어야 할 제1철 금속제품을 가열시키기 위해 변태온도 이상의 온도로 유지되는 용광로에 넣고 용광로에 필수적으로 0.1-1.0몰 페센트 메탄올, 잔부질소로 구성되는 조성물을 넣어, 이 복합물은 열처리시 제품의 재침탄을 억제하는 보호성 용광로 분위기를 형성하도록 작용하며; 제품이 오스테나이트로 결정 변태를 할때까지 제품을 용광로 분위기 온도에 유지시키며; 제품에 적용되는 차후의 조립작동에 의한 주위온도 미세구조를 제공하기 위한 비율로 제품을 냉각시키는 단계로 구성되는 제1철 금속제품을 소둔시키는 방법.
  2. 용광로에 유입되는 개스복합물이 0.5-0.6몰 퍼센트 메탄올, 잔부질소로 구성되는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따르는 방법.
  3. 용광로가 처리될 제품의 변태온도 위와 아래의 온도로 유지되는 다수의 구역을 가지는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 따르는 방법.
  4. 용광로가 다수의 가열구역과 냉각구역 그리고 냉각구역용 통로출구와 대체적으로 순수한 질소를 가지고 깨끗해지는 통로출구를 가지는 특허구범위 제1항에 따르는 방법.
  5. 용광로에 유입된 혼합물이 0.5-3몰 퍼센트 메탄올, 잔부질소로 구성되는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 따르는 방법.
  6. 용광로에 유입된 혼합물이 소둔된 제1철 금속 제품의 표면에 탄소가 회복되도록 조절되는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 따르는 방법.
  7. 둥근형이나 구형의 탄화물이 나타나는 제1철 제품에 미세구조를 얻기 위해서 가열과 냉각을 조합함에 의해 제1철 금속제품을 구상화하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 0.5-10몰 퍼센트 메탄올, 잔부질소로 구성되는 복합물을 형성하여 준비된 분위기 하에서 제1철 금속제품을 가열과 냉각을 시키고, 제품이 가열되고 냉각되는 동안 제1철 제품으로부터 표면탄소의 제거를 막기 위해 상기의 복합물을 용광로에 유입시키는 것으로 구성되는 개선된 방법.
  8. 제품을 변태온도 아래의 최고온도까지 가열시키고, 구형 탄화물을 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 분위기중에 유지시킨 다음 실온까지 서냉시키는 특허청구 범위 제7항에 따르는 방법.
  9. 제품을 오스테나이트와 시키기 위해 변태온도이상의 온도까지 가열시키고, 제품의 미세구조를 냉각시키고, 변태온도 이하의 온도에서 유지시킨 다음 대기중에서 실온까지 서냉시키는 특허청구 범위 제7항에 따르는 방법.
  10. 제품을 분위기중에서 제품의 변태온도 상하의 온도로 번갈아 가열냉각을 행한 다음에 서냉시키는 특허청구범위 제7항에 따르는 방법.
  11. 복합물의 조성이 0.5-6몰 퍼센트 메탄올, 잔부질소인 특허청구 범위 제7항에 따르는 방법.
  12. 복합물이 구상화된 제1철 금속 제품의 표면에 탄소가 회복되도록 조절될 수 있는 특허청구 범위 제7항에 따르는 방법.
