Claims (1)

  1. 엑티노플레인스종 균주 ATCC 33076을, 동화가능한 탄소원, 질소원 및 무기염류를 함유한 배양배지에서 액침호기 조건하에, 항생물질이 상당량 생성될 때까지 배양하고, 그 항생물질 활량(activity)을 회수하여, 상술한 물리적, 화학적 특성을 갖는 항생물질 A/16686 유리염기 및 그것의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 포함하는 항생물질을 염화물의 형태로 제조하는 방법.
