Claims (1)
- 압력이 다른 두 가지의 유체가 도입되는 차압검출부 본체(70)와 두꺼운 부분의 외주에 게이지저항(64)이 형성된 엷은 변형을 일으키는 부분(62)과, 이 변형을 일으키는 부분(62)의 외주에 두꺼운 부분의 고정부(60)를 갖는 반도체의 측정다이어프램(56)과 이 측정다이어프램(56)의 고정부(60)에 접합되는 유지지지체와 이 유지지지체와, 상기 차압검출부본체(70)와의, 사이에 설치된 금속 지지체와 상기 유지 지지체의 연통(連通)해서 형성된 유체의 도압로(32)(34)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차압검출기.
