Description

절첩탁자
제1도는 본 고안을 옆에 지지각을 펼쳐 표현한 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안이 완전 절첩된 상태의 측면도.
제3도는 본 고안의 지지각이 완전 절첩되기전 상태를 보인 사시도.
제4도는 지지각이 완전 절첩된 상태의 저면도.
본 고안은 절첩식탁에 관한 것으로, 간단한 구조로 절첩이 간단히 이루어질 수 있게하여 휴대보관 및 사용이 극히 편리하도록 한 것이다.
종래에도 식탁판의 지지각을“X”형으로 핀유착하고 여러개의 보조간을 유착하여 절첩되게 구성하거나 식탁판의 저면에 절첩되는 수개의 다리를 독립적으로 부착하여 절첩토록된 절첩 식탁이 많이 안출된바 있으나, 전자는“X”형으로 핀 유착된 지지각에 절첩될 수 있는 별도의 장치나 여러개의 절첩보조간을 핀유착하게 되므로 제작 원가가 많이들고 접거나 펼칠때 힘이들어 사용상 불편한 결점이 있고, 후자는 지지각이 가기 독립적으로 되어 있으므로 접거나 펼칠때 각 지지각을 일일이 절첩시키게 되므로 번거러운 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
식탁판(1)의 하부 유착편(7)에 지지각(2)(3)을“X”자형으로 유착시킨 공지의 것에 있어서, 일측 지지각(2)을 핀(6)부 상측을 절단하여 제지턱(4')이 돌설되고, 일측은 유착편(7)에 유착된“”형 절첩간(4)의 타단부와 핀(5)유착하여서 된 구조이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 제1도의 완전 펼쳐진 상태에서 절첩코저할시 지지각(3)을 식탁판(1)쪽으로 밀게되면“”형 절첩간(4) 및 지지각(2)은 제2도의 화살표방향으로 회동되어 절첩케 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 간단한 구조로 하여 종래의 절첩탁자에 비하여 휴대보고나 및 사용이 극히 편리하면서 원가를 절감시킬 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

  1. 식탁판(1)의 하부 유착편(7)에 지지각(2)(3)을“X”자형으로 유착시킨 공지의 절첩식탁에 있어서, 지지각(2)을 핀(6)부 상부를 절단하여 제지턱(4')이 돌설되고, 일측은 유착편(7)에 유착된 “”형 절첩간(4)의 타단부와 핀(5)유착하여서 된 절첩탁자.
