Claims (1)
- Mg 디할라이드 및 상기 할라이드와 하나 이상의 Ti 화합물 및 유기, 무기 산소산의 에스테르, 이 산의 무수물, 할라이드 및 아미드, 에테르 ROR' 및 케톤 RCOR'(식중, R 및 R'는 서로 동일하거나 상이한 것으로 1 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 아릴기임)을 구성하는 부류중에서 선택된 전자공여 화합물과의 복합체로 구성된 고상 생성물(Mg 디할라이드와 Ti 화합물 사이의 Mg/Ti 비가 5 내지 100이고, 80℃에서 TiCl4로 추출할 수 있는 Ti 화합물의 양은 50% 이하이고, 전자 공여화합물과 Ti 화합물 사이의 몰비는 TiCl4로 추출시킨 후 0.2 내지 3사이임) 및 Al-트리알킬, 산소 또는 질소원자를 통해 서로 결합된 2개 이상의 Al 원자를 함유하는 Al-알킬화합물 및 화합물 Al R3_n(OR')n (식중, R는 1 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이고, R'는 2,6-위치에서 -C2H5기 보다 더 큰 입체장애를 줄 수 있는 치환체로 오르토장애를 받는 아릴기 또는 2-위치에서 -C2H5기 보다 더 큰 입체장애를 줄 수 있는 적어도 하나의 치환체를 함유하는 나프틸기이며, n는 1 내지 2임)으로부터 선택된 Al-알킬화화합물(이 Al-알킬화합물 중 적어도 85% 이상은 전자공여 화합물과 결합하지 않는 형태로 존재하며, Al-알킬화합물과 고상 생성물 중의 Ti 화합물 사이의 몰량비는 1 내지 30사이임)과의 적어도 상기 두성분(고상 생성물 및 Al-알킬화합물)의 반응 생성물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하여 알파, 올레핀 CH2=CHR(R은 1 내지 6의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기임) 및 이 알파-올레핀과 에틸렌과의 혼합물을 중합화시킬 수 있는 촉매의 제조방법.
