본 고안은 온수 보일러의 화실 하부에 예열실을 넓게 형성하여 오일 연료 예열관과 1차공기 급기관을 예열실로 통과시키어 화실의 여열로 공기와 오일 연료를 예열하면서 공급할 수 있게 한 보일러의 공기 및 연료 예열장치에 관한 것으로 종래 오일 버어너를 사용하는 온수 보일러는 대부분 오일 연료를 예열함이 없이 직접 오일 탱크로부터 버어너에 공급하여 연소하고 일부 방카씨유의 경유는 오일의 점도를 저하시키기 위하여 버어너의 상부에 별도의 오일 예열실을 형성하여 오일의 연소열에 의하여 방카씨유를 가열하는 경우가 있으나, 구조가 복잡할 뿐 아니라 경유를 사용하는 버어너에는 적합하지 않고 또한 공기의 예열이 없이 직접 공급하기 때문에 오일의 연소중 연소열의 일부가 연료 및 공기 가열에 손실되는 폐단이 있으며 보일러의 화실의 일부에 1차공기 에열실을 형성한 것도 있으나, 공기가 자연 대류되면서 예열하게 되어 있어 공기의 예열 정도가 균일하지 못하고 오일 연료의 예열은 할수 없는 등의 미비점이 있었다.The present invention has a wide preheating chamber in the lower part of the firebox of the hot water boiler, allowing the oil fuel preheating tube and the primary air supply pipe to pass through the preheating chamber so that air and fuel of the boiler can be supplied while preheating the air and oil fuel.
