Marine Screw

1 is an overall perspective view of the present invention.

2 is a plan view of the present invention.

3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of the present invention.

4 is a perspective view of a conventional screw.

5a and b are exemplary views.

The present invention relates to a ship screw that allows the propulsion force to be increased while receiving the least resistance received by the screw when the ship is propelled. Since the shape of the conventional screw was not deformed, the propulsion force could not be greatly increased and its friction force could not be reduced. The blade of the screw currently used has a lot of power consumption because it receives only water resistance according to the rotational speed from the shaft portion to a certain point but does not help propulsion.

In order to reduce the drawbacks of the present invention, the water is pushed forward by the pressure of the screw into the axial center where the blades are installed by the rotational force of the screw to form a water column, and the tip of the wing spurts the water forward as before. In order to give the shape that the wings are formed in the shape of a trumpet to be attached to the axial center while having an arc-shaped inclination angle gradually to one side, it is configured to obtain the driving force in the whole of the wings, which will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

Trumpet-shaped wings (2) (2 ') (2' 'so as to form a gap (a) (a') (a ''), the lower end of which adheres to the circumferential wall of the shaft core 1 and gradually widens according to the arc angle. ) And its tip (B) (B ') (B' ') is twisted and formed like a conventional screw.

Referring to the effects of the present invention as described above is as follows.

The gap between the flared wings (2) (2 ') (2' ') is gradually widened according to the arc angle until the lower end is welded to the main wall of the shaft core 1 and reaches the upper end of the shaft core 1 ( Weld to achieve a) and the tip of the flared wings (2) (2 ') (2' ') is formed in the shape of a conventional screw tip, so that when the screw rotates, the water hitting the entire inner circumferential wall of the trumpet As they gather together like a column of water, a large pressure is generated in the center, and this pressure is converted into a driving force for pushing the ship.

As shown in the embodiment, the inner surface of the flared wings 2, 2 ', and 2 " generates propulsion force as a whole, thereby reducing unnecessary friction loss to the maximum, thereby achieving rapid speed with less force. As shown in the illustration, the conventional screw has a driving force that pushes water from the center of the wing to the tip, but only a frictional force is generated from the center to the shaft, which is a deterrent to the driving force.

The present invention is to reduce such defects to the maximum and to increase the propulsion force to the maximum, there is an advantage to obtain a rapid speed with a small force, the screw is partially broken because the friction force is generated uniformly as a whole. There would be no.
