본 고안은 단자부를 소형화하는 절연카버에 관한 것으로서 일반적으로 단자부는 보울트 혹은 피스등에 의해 도체를 고정하기 위한 단자 사이의 절연거리가 얻어질 수 없는 경우가 있다. 때문에 배선작업후 단자부에 절연테이프를 감던가 열수축 튜브를 피복 하는 등의 작업을 하는 일이 있으나, 작업이 어려운 데다가 한번 전선을 붙이면 떼어내기가 곤란한 결점이 있었다. 또 단자부를 지지하는 베이스의 일부를 단자사이에 끄집어 내어 단자사이에 벽을 설치하는 것도 있으나, 배선 작업시 장해가 되고 베이스 자체가 대형화 하는 결점이 있었다. 또 인접하는 단자부 도체의 한쪽을 극단으로 당겨서 단자사이의 절연거리를 얻는 방법은 작업성이 좋은 대신에 단자부가 대형화하여 동(銅)재료가 낭비되는 등의 결점이 있었다. 본 고안은 상기한 종래의 결점을 제거하여 단자부의 소형화를 달성함을 목적으로 한 것으로 도체에 설치한 계합공에 감착시킨 돌편과 이러한 돌편의 양측으로 연장시켜 설치되어 도체양측부를 협지하는 지지 암(Arm)으로 갖는 지지부 및 이러한 지지부의 양측에 있어서 지지부와 엇갈리는 절연격벽을 갖춘 단자간 절연카버를 구성한다.The present invention relates to an insulated cover that miniaturizes a terminal portion.
