Description

자연석 제조를 위한 형틀제법
본 발명은 자연에 산재하여 있는 바위나 기암의 모양을 그대로 형틀로 제조하여 안조폭포나 자연석을 현출시킬 수는 형틀 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래 인조폭포를 건설하기 위해서는 현장에서 적당히 금망 또는 포편으로 싸고 그 위에 도장하던가 또는 현장에서 제품을 성형하는 등 시공상 여러 가지 불편한 점이 많았다. 또한 설치기간이 길뿐 아니라 방수에도 지장이 많았다.
본 발명은 상기한 바 종래의 결점을 완전제거한 것으로 자연에 산재하여 있는 바위와 기암의 모형과 동일한 기본형틀을 제조하여 이 형틀로서 동일 모형 인조석을 판넬판으로 제조하여 설치하려는 현장에 건립하는 철골구조물 또는 목재, 콘크리트 받침에 상하 또는 횡으로 연접시켜 암벽과 같은 형상의 것을 만드는데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 불포화 폴리에스텔 수지에 그래스화이법 또는 로빙 크로스를 혼련하여 자연에 산재한 기암이나 암벽표면에 이형제를 적층되게 도포한 후에 경화시켜 기본형을 성형하는 것으로 이와같이 하여 제조된 성형물은 내구성이 강하고 방수에도 지장이 없으며, 식수(植樹)를 위한 홈까지도 동시에 설치할 수 있으므로 흙을 담아 나무도 재배하여 자연 그대로를 재현할 수 있게 된다. 또한 건설시공비도 경감될 뿐 아니라 시공기간도 단축시킬 수 있는 잇점이 있는다.
또한 성형할 암벽의 성질에 따라 광물섬유, 실리콘왁스 또는 식물성유를 첨가하여 탈형처리형 수도 있다.
본 발명을 실시예와 함께 상술하면 다음과 같다.
[실시예 1]
자연에 존재하고 있는 기암 또는 형상이 우아한 암벽 또는 자연석 등의 선택한 바위형상을 모체로 하여 표면을 세척한 후 표면에 이형제를 도포한 위에 불포화 폴리에스텔 수지와 그래스화이버 또는 로빙크로스를 7 : 3의 비로하고 경화제로서 메틸에틸 케톤 파옥시도 50% 용액 약 1.5부를 혼가하여 상온에서 적당한 두께가 되도록 분무하면 약 5시간 후 경화가 끝난다. 이와같이 된 생성물을 모체 표면에서 탈형하여 적당한 크기로 절단하고 수정하여 기본형틀을 성형시킨다.
[실시예 2]
실시예 1에서 생성된 성형물을 기본형틀로 하여 표면에 이형제를 도포하고 불포화폴리에스텔수지와 공지의 그래스화이버나 로빙크로스를 7 : 3의 비로하고 경화제로서 메틸에틸 케톤파옥시드 50% 용액 약 1,5부를 혼가하여 일정한 두께가 되도록 분무하면 약 5시간 후 경화가 된다.
이와같이 하여 경화된 적층물은 기본형틀과의 사이에 이형제가 도포되어 있어 쉽게 탈형되므로 연속적으로 동일한 모양의 인조석 판넬판을 제조할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 실시예에 의하여 제조시 공지의 여러 가지 색상을 혼합하여 분무하면 성형물의 표면이 자연석과 동일한 굴곡부와 색상을 갖게되는 것으로서 이들을 연접시켜 조형하고 펌프를 설치하여 물이 흐르도록 하면 아름다운 인공폭포는 물론 자연의 모습을 실감있게 재현할수 있는 것이다.

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와같이 선택한 자연에 있는 바위나 암벽표면에 이형제를 도포한 후 공지의 불포화 폴리에스텔수지와 그래스화이바나 로빙크로스를 7 : 3의 비로하여 경화제를 혼가한액을 분무도포하여 적층되면서 경화된 후 탈형시켜서 된 자연석 제조를 위한 형틀제법.
