본 고안은 강인한 유리섬유포 및 우리섬유사로 되는 기판(基板)위에 아스팔트를 입히고 그위에 석분입자를 매입시켜서된 방수지붕판에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a waterproof roof board made by coating asphalt on a substrate made of tough glass fiber cloth and Woori fiber yarn and embedding stone powder particles thereon.
종래의 아스팔트 루핑지는 루핑지 상면에 아스팔트를 입히고 모래를 씌운 것이나 지붕판으로 사용키에는 기온에 의한 신축변화와 단열효과 등이 미흡하여 단독으로는 지붕판으로 사용하기에 부적당하였던 것이며 단열이나 보온효과를 좋게 하기 위하여 무기질 섬유 맷트를 기재로 하여 그 위에 아스팔트를 입히고 석분입자를 매입시킨 것도 있엇으나 무기질 섬유 맷트 자체의 제직에 따른 생산비의 상승과 중량이 과대하고 부식 부패가 발생키 쉬웠던 것이다.Conventional asphalt roofing paper was coated with sand on top of roofing paper and covered with sand or used as roof boards, so it was not suitable for use as roof boards alone due to insufficient stretching and insulation effect due to temperature. 본 고안은 이와같은 점을 개량시킬 목적으로 유리섬유포의 강인한 섬유질 직포 위에 다시 유리섬유사로 보강시킨 것을 기판으로 하여 그 상면에 아스팔트를 일정두터위를 가지게 도포시킨후 석분입자를 매입시켜 중량이 가벼우면서도 단열효과 및 방수효과를 높이고 기온의 변화에 따른 신축 균열을 방지키 위한 것으로, 본 고안의 구성을 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention aims to improve such a point, and is reinforced with glass fiber yarn on the tough fibrous woven fabric of glass fiber cloth, and the asphalt is coated on the upper surface with a certain thickness.
