유입관(209)을 통해 양변기 물탱크(200)로 공급되는 물을 조절하는 볼탑, 일정량의 물을 변기 하부에 채우는 오버플로우관, 사용자의 물내림 작동에 의해 개폐되는 물내림 뚜껑을 포함하는 물통으로 형성된 양변기에 있어서:

전자석 작동에 의해 개폐되는 내부출수구(104)에 틈새출수구(105,106)를 형성하여 전자석 개폐밸브가 닫힘 상태에서도 소량의 물이 흐를 수 있도록 형성된 동파방지용 전자석 개폐밸브(210)가 양변기 물통으로 가는 유입관(210)에 설치된 것과;

얼 수 있는 영하의 기온이고 화장실에 사람이 없는 경우는 동파방지용 전자석 개폐밸브(210)는 작동하지 않는 닫힌 상태에서 얼지 않을 정도의 소량의 물이 천천히 틈새출수구(105,106)를 통하여 흘러 들어가 소정 시간에 걸쳐 양변기 물탱크를 채우게 되면 자동제어물내림부(240)에 물내림되고 다시 천천히 채워지는 것을 반복함으로써 물 낭비를 줄이면서 얼지 않도록 하며, 또한 얼지 않는 기온이거나 화장실에 사람이 있는 경우에는 정상상태로 전환되어 물탱크의 물은 동파방지용 전자석 개폐밸브(210) 작동에 의해 열린 상태에서 신속하게 물탱크에 물이 채위지게 되며 사용자의 물내림 작동에 의해 물내림이 형성되는 것;을 특징으로 하는 동파방지용 전자석 개폐밸브가 설치된 양변기.
