상기 추가 충전재는: 활석, 운모, 점토, 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소 섬유, 카본 블랙, 유리 섬유, 목분, 목재 섬유, 비목재 플랜트 섬유, 톱밥, 목재 부스러기, 신문, 종이, 아마, 대마, 밀짚, 왕겨, 케나프, 황마, 사이잘, 땅콩 껍질, 대두 껍질, 리그닌, 탄산칼슘 및 셀룰로오스 섬유 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 셀룰로오스 합성물.
상기 추가 충전재는 상기 셀룰로오스 합성물의 1 중량% 내지 90 중량%의 범위 내에 있는, 셀룰로오스 합성물.
상기 추가 충전재는 상기 셀룰로오스 합성물의 5 중량% 내지 75 중량%의 범위 내에 있는, 셀룰로오스 합성물.
상기 셀룰로오스 합성물은 96시간의 침지 후에 1 중량% 미만의 수분 흡수를 갖는, 셀룰로오스 합성물.
상기 셀룰로오스 합성물은: 자동차 부품, 갑판, 펜스, 난간, 지붕, 사이딩, 소비자 물품, 가전 부품 및 3D 프린팅된 부품으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물품의 적어도 일부를 형성하는, 셀룰로오스 합성물.
10 중량% 내지 60 중량%의 수분을 갖는 습윤 목재 펄프를 형성하기 위해 펄프에 물을 추가하는 단계;

압출을 통해 추가 용융 처리를 위한 크기로 상기 용융 처리된 혼합물을 펠릿화하여 마스터배치를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 마스터배치를 추가 용융 처리하여 셀룰로오스 합성물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 습윤 목재 펄프의 비율은 상기 혼합물의 85 중량% 내지 99 중량%의 범위 내에 있는 것인, 방법.
상기 습윤 목재 펄프의 수분 함유량은 적어도 펄프의 15 중량%인, 방법.
상기 습윤 목재 펄프의 수분 함유량은 적어도 펄프의 20 중량%인, 방법.

c) 10 중량%보다 높은 수분을 함유하는 습윤 목재 펄프 및 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 혼합물을 연속으로 용융 처리하여 마스터배치를 형성하는 단계로서, 상기 습윤 목재 펄프는 균일하게 분산되고, 물은 상기 용융 처리 단계 동안 제거되고, 상기 펄프의 비율은 상기 마스터배치의 85 중량% 내지 99 중량%의 범위 내에 있고;
d) 압출을 통한 추가 용융 처리를 위한 크기로 상기 마스터배치를 펠릿화하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 마스터배치를 물품으로 압출 또는 사출 성형하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
