도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 스프링을 이용한 원터치 고압 유체 피팅에 있어서, 삽입관 단부가 걸림돌부에 걸리기 전 상태를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (4)
- 유입구와 삽입구가 형성되고, 중공부를 갖는 피팅바디와;
상기 피팅바디에 결합되며, 일 단부에 내향경사면이 형성된 절개편을 포함하는 피팅캡;
상기 중공부에 위치하며, 피팅캡의 내향경사면을 지지하는 지지부재; 및
상기 피팅바디의 중공부에 삽입되고, 피팅캡과 체결 또는 체결해제되는 삽입관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링을 이용한 원터치 고압 유체 피팅.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지부재는, 피팅바디의 중공부에 거치되는 밀폐링과, 상기 밀폐링에 접하는 평면링 및 상기 밀폐링에 접하며 내향경사면을 탄력지지하는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링을 이용한 원터치 고압 유체 피팅.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피팅캡의 절개편에는 내향경사면에 인접하게 걸림돌부가 형성되고, 상기 삽입관에는 걸림홈이 형성되며,
상기 걸림돌부와 걸림홈이 서로 체결 또는 체결해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링을 이용한 원터치 고압 유체 피팅.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피팅캡에는 가압부가 형성되며, 상기 가압부의 가압에 의해, 절개편의 내향경사면이 스프링을 타고 외측으로 벌어지면서, 삽입관이 분리 가능한 상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링을 이용한 원터치 고압 유체 피팅.
