Claims (12)
- 표시 영역 및 상기 표시 영역 주변의 비표시 영역을 포함하고, 제1면 및 상기 제1면의 반대면인 제2면을 포함하는 기판;
상기 표시 영역에 위치하고 상기 기판의 상기 제1면 상에 위치하는 회로층;
상기 회로층 상에 위치하고 상기 표시 영역의 제1 영역 및 상기 표시 영역의 제2 영역과 중첩하는 발광층;
상기 발광층 상에 위치하는 봉지막; 및
투명 부재; 를 더 포함하고,
상기 회로층은 제1 개구를 포함하고,
상기 투명 부재는 상기 제1 개구 내에 위치하고,
상기 투명 부재는 상기 봉지막의 일부분을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 봉지막은,
상기 발광층 상에 위치하는 제1 무기막, 상기 제1 무기막 상에 위치하는 유기막 및 상기 유기막 상에 위치하는 제2 무기막을 포함하고,
상기 봉지막은 상기 제1 무기막, 상기 유기막 및 상기 제2 무기막 중 적어도 어느 하나의 일부분을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 개구는 상기 표시 영역의 상기 제1 영역과 상기 표시 영역의 상기 제2 영역 사이에 위치하는 표시 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 발광층은,
상기 표시 영역의 상기 제1 영역과 중첩하는 제1 발광 소자 및 상기 표시 영역의 상기 제2 영역과 중첩하는 제2 발광 소자를 포함하고,
상기 제1 개구는,
평면 상에서 상기 제1 발광 소자와 상기 제2 발광 소자 사이에 위치하는 표시 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
평면 상에서 상기 제1 발광 소자와 상기 제2 발광 소자는 비중첩하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광층은 상기 회로층의 상기 제1 개구와 중첩하는 제2 개구를 포함하고,
상기 투명 부재는 상기 제2 개구 내에 더 위치하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판의 상기 제2면 상에 위치하는 센싱 부재를 더 포함하고,
상기 센싱 부재는 상기 회로층의 상기 제1 개구와 중첩하는 표시 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 개구의 면적은 상기 센싱 부재의 면적보다 작은 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 개구는 복수개이고,
상기 센싱 부재는 복수개의 상기 제1 개구 중 적어도 두개의 제1 개구와 중첩하는 표시 장치. - 기판; 및
상기 기판 상에 위치하고 개구를 포함하는 발광층; 을 포함하고,
상기 개구는 상기 발광층을 완전히 관통하고,
상기 발광층은,
상기 기판 상에 위치하는 화소 전극;
상기 화소 전극 상에 위치하고 상기 화소 전극의 적어도 일부를 노출하는 화소 정의막;
노출된 상기 화소 전극의 적어도 일부 상에 위치하는 광 제공층; 및
상기 광 제공층 상에 위치하는 공통 전극을 포함하고,
상기 화소 정의막은 상기 개구의 측벽의 적어도 일부를 정의하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 발광층 상에 위치하는 봉지막; 및
상기 개구 내에 위치하는 투명 부재를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 투명 부재는 상기 봉지막의 일부를 포함하는 표시 장치.
