Claims (8)
- 금속-실리케이트 수용액 및 소듐 폴리 아크릴레이트를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속-실리케이트 수용액의 금속은 나트륨, 칼륨 중 1종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속-실리케이트 수용액은 물을 30~80wt% 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
무기 난연제, 실란계 결합제 및 점도보강보조제 중 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 금속-실리케이트 수용액 60~98wt%, 소듐 폴리 아크릴레이트 0.5~10wt%, 무기 난연제 1~20wt%, 실란계 결합제 0.1~10wt%, 점도보강보조제 0.1~10wt%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 무기 난연제는 다공성 유리, 유리 분말, 유리 또는 세라믹 섬유, 산화구리(Cu2O), 수산화금속, 소듐 또는 암모늄 인산염 및 금속의 탄산화물 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 실란계 결합제는 메틸트리메톡시실란 및 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 점도보강보조제는 산(acid), 금속의 구연산염, 황산화물, 염화물, 인산염 및 탄산염 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속화재 소화용 하이드로겔 조성물.
